  I mentioned this to the dealer yesterday and received a reply confirming today that it was an OEM disc and a key.  They were also perplexed as to why there was a hardware error code during activation. I tried the phone activation service that worked seamlessly.  I am now fully active and legal; Topala also shows the original key installed despite previous warnings.

  In short, I am now a happy Bunny so thank you to all who responded, but I'm no further forward in the understanding of why the activation failed initially.  I do, however, consider this thread closed.

  A version bought the current version (Acrobat DC Pro) can be exchanged, so you should be able to run on Windows or Mac. But never both. You can then run it on two machines for your own personal use (do not share).

  A subscription version can be installed on two computers. Windows or Mac. For a person.

  More complex arrangements are pointing to a need for volume licenses.

I found that my old laptop is very slow during the processing of hundreds of images that I usually take on a weekly basis.  I bought a new faster laptop, but when I looked for the cd with the software of series and I couldn't find in the mess of Christmas.  I downloaded a trial version of lightroom and got, it works on my new laptop. Is there a way to access the serial number of my version already installed and insert it in the version of track to make it work for me?

  If you take the time to register to your original with Adobe installation (which most people do not), you can log in to your Adobe account and get the serial number. If you use a Windows computer and still have access to the old computer where Lightroom is installed, you can do the following:

  1. in the window folder options, make sure that you are able to see hidden folders.

  2. go to the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom folder.

  3. use Notepad to open the file, Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg

  You will be able to retrieve your serial number of this file.

  I tried to find a shopping list recently updated on my Apple TV in 2015 without success.  Many sites refer to the display of the section "purchased" from the App Store TVos where an article appears on the left indicating the categories and recently updated apps.

  What's the one feature Store US because here in the United Kingdom, I see only the icons of the screen to fill?
