reception Fax_CDA message that I can't get rid of--what I do about it?

my computer is frozen ever since I showed up on my computer

Hello

This installation message appears every time that you restart the PC?

If this is the error message I think that it is so:

The CDA Fax message is a product of the HP (usually an all-in-One HP Printer/Scanner/Fax/Copier). Something happened in the software installation and it should be repaired - which he tries to do. To fix the software, you usually just insert the driver/software HP CD in the CD/DVD drive before the computer went into Windows and before the error appears.

The repair of the software find the CD and repair by itself software. If it does not find the CD usually it asks for the location of FAX_CDA.msi, just browse and point to the CD.

I hope that this will be sorted.

However if this is not the error you receive then enter the exact wording in your next post.

    Get rid of PC Cleaner

I'm trying to download Security Suite from my provider and I get a message that I have to get rid of PC Cleaner. I searched my PC and that you do not find PC Cleaner. If I don't know how I'll remove it. Thanks for your help. The only reference to PC Cleaner is the Microsoft Security on the PC.

Go to add/remove programs and see if PC Cleaner is in the list. If so, then click to remove.
Then go into Windows Explorer. Research on Windows/System32 and see fi there is pcsd.dll and delete it.
Then go to regedit and search for any mention of PC Cleaner, PC Cleaner and remove these entries.

Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk.

Then see if you still get an error of PC Cleaner.

    Hello

What program you downloaded to open zip files?

If you have recently installed the software, you try to run the system restore which will repair back from the computer to the point before the installation of the software.

To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type system restore in the search box and then in the list click on the system restore program.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    b. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

    c. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    d. click Finish.

Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  • Get a clock annoying noise that I can't get rid of

I was very irritating click.  I tried several things, but can't get rid of it. I made sure windows updates are completed.  I tried to cut the system sounds.  I ran antivirus scans.  I run malware scans.  Nothing comes.  I checked all programs and processes running, and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. I can't watch videos or listen to anything without the irritating ticking noise.  The only thing that has worked is to cut the volume (but then I can't watch or listen to anything because there is no noise at all).

I am running Windows Vista Home Edition, Service Pack 1.

Any ideas?  That noise is driving me crazy!

    Thank you!

    Hello

    1. don't you make changes before the show?
2 have you installed any program clock on the computer?

It seems that some program is causing this problem. Try these steps and check the result.
Step 1: Restore the sound settings.
    1. visit the following Web site, click on "Run now" under diagnose and troubleshoot audio playback, follow the wizard to execute it successfully: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/no_sound
    2. check if the problem persists.

Step 2: Perform a clean boot in order to find a program that is causing the problem.
Read the following article and follow the steps of data: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-us
    1. follow "step 1: perform a clean boot ' to disable all non-Microsoft services, restart the computer and check if the problem still persists.
2 If the problem does not persist in the boot, try "step 2: enable half the services" to "step 6: resolve the problem" to find what is causing the problem. When you have found the culprit, uninstall it.
    3. follow "step 7: reset the computer to start as usual.

Try the steps and post back with the results, so that we can help you further.

  • Win7 x 64 HomePremium - it seems that I can't get rid of an old share name, despite a complete reinstallation of the operating system. Where are stored the share names? Is it possible to change this number?

In a previous installation, I got the share name of "DData." I did a reinstall & sharing name appeared when I tried to use a different name. I tried to remove it through "Computer records management/Shared/actions." I'm assuming that the share name is imported from an old file NTUSER.dat. I don't really know where the actions are stored. I searched the registry for it, nothing helps. How can I get rid of this useless part?

Share names are kept in the system hive, not in the user hive. You can remove them as follows:

1 log in under an administrator account.
    2. click on the start planet.
    3. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
    4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    5. click on "run as Administrator".
    6. type the following commands and press ENTER after each:
    net share
(to see a list of all actions)
    NET share "DData" / delete
    (to remove this part)

When I use the stretch tool to change the speed of a clip, these numbers of random duration pop - up at the bottom of the clip and can't seem to remove. How can I get rid of these in my video?

  • How can I get rid of what looks like a soccer ball on the screen?

When I move the cursor upwards or downwards, a small icon that looks like a soccer ball that appears on the screen and its function is to scroll the screen at lightning speed. It brings me to tears. How can I get rid of him?

I'm terribly sorry. This problem was not the work of Windows, but it is rather a problem of Mozilla Firefox. The small circle with a dot in the middle (it looks like a ball of soccer at first glance) is because of the "scroll" of Firefox feature. If you are in a browser window and you move the wheel mouse this little circle appears and before you can blink, you are at the top or bottom of the page. Very annoying.

In any case, for those who have this problem: in the Firefox browser, click on tools, Options, advanced options, and under navigation, clear "use autoscrolling".
