  I m wondering, how SSO works with the Hybrid Cloud-Based deployments.

  I want to use Jabber for Windows with WebEx Connect and unified with Cisco WebEx Communications integration.

  Issues related to the:

  1. How can I configure Jabber for Windows to use SSO with WebEx Connect after Installation of the Client?
  2. I ve read, that the SSO with WebEx Connect username will be [email protected] / * /. Fix?
  3. I ve read, that I need to create a jabber - config.xml with a following to apply Jabber for Windows to use the connection information Webex-Connect also for telephone Services. Fix?

  5. If this is correct, Jabber for Windows will use [email protected] / * / to authenticate with CUCM, but CUCM would need only the name without the domain name user. From my point of view, Jabber for Windows will not be able to authenticate with CUCM Telephony Services.

  Hi Tino,

  You can use the command line arguments to specify the SSO with WebEx presence server. There is no real soloution SSO at present for hybrid mode (CUCM, unit Cxn).  See the answer online for other issues.

• Is Adobe Premiere Pro download or cloud based only

  I work real estate with my wife and almost everything is cloud based but have questions about Adobe Premiere Pro. Is this program downloaded on my pc or should I sign online to access and download clips to create a video and make adjustments? I have dsl service and concerned about the fact that when we're on the whole line & or I lose my internet connection, I lose access to Premiere Pro. Sometimes, in our House, 3 of us may be onto something and he'll hang up or freeze. If I sign up and that's the case, I'm wasting my time. Can someone explain how this works? I use LR6 but I paid for the program and its on my pc so I do not understand how it works. There's a program that I use is called successive Animoto that is cloud-based, I connect, download videos or images and create my video. Its very time consuming downloading videos and images, if Adobe Premiere Pro is similar, I might have to rethink to use it. Thanks for all the assistance provided, hoping to get some answers... jp

  The software is entirely resident on your computer as long as you pay the monthly cost.  You don't have to be online to use it, but from time to time you have to connect.  I have a computer that is in my office who is not onllne except in very brief circumstances for a few minutes every few weeks.

  I have a problem after Adobe Revel was closed and I was pushed to the solution of creative Cloud with free trial 1 year.

  My promary goal is to have the cloud storage solution and nice and simple sharing albums with family (possibility to download the originals).

  Revel did this perfectly.

  With Lightromm CC, I have a few challenges since it is not that simple and easy to use on a personal basis (create albums, download).

  As far as I understand it comes to solution of ore to edit photos rather than store & share.

  There is an option of sharing with the mobile application mobile of Lightroom, but it does not backup and only give you access to preview, right?

  A solution similar to Adobe Revel?

  There is not (yet) you cannot use it. Only way to use the creative cloud as backup is to set up a publication record (or do it manually) in your folder of creative cloud on your original computer and export it so they get synchronized.

• Disk-based backup system external drive fails

  I tried twice to perform a backup of the external system to an Expansion of Seagate HDD 5 TB and they both failed.  Backup runs for about four hours and then declares that the backup failed with no reason mentioned.  I am running Windows 7 64-bit.

  There is no "Backup" of the OS.  You can not use.  If you need to restore your system from scratch - which means re - install Windows, you must do that restore a Win7 installation or factory disc.

  It is the same for all application programs.  You cannot restore backup.   They must be installed from their original source and their activation codes.

  The only way to "backup" of the OS is to make an Image of the system.  This type of backup can be used to restore the entire system with each bit, programs and data to a State that is identical to its state when the Image was created.  The System Image is a huge file and you cannot restore a part of it.  Only the entire image. Restore an image erases everything on the drive and replaced in full by the image.

  I recommend creating system images, but that must be done immediately after charge of operating system, all updates and drivers, activation, etc.  Adding data or applications like Antivirus.  This type of a System Image is usually done about 4 or so DVD +R this image is an insurance policy that allows you to recreate the image on a corrupted hard drive or even a new disc.  Her beauty (as an insurance policy), it is that you START with a full installation of windows with every thing done but the updates since its inception.  Then, you install your programs, and copy your backed up data.  One of the advantages is that you do not have to install a Win7 disc or an activation code, because it's already done.

  The probable reason that you encounter the message that prevents you is the operating system on your system which performs the backup is the file being used, and it cannot copy it.

  Bottom line: save your DATA and possibly your settings.

  We are in the deployment process of models in OEM 12 c (version 4) for, among other things, CRM, BRM, DPOS, OSM, UIM, WCC, BEEP and FMW of surveillance.

  Is it perhaps all best practice documentation out there for what to monitor for each component? My apologies if my terminology is not quite to the height, I don't have much experience with OEM other than monitoring of databases with tools out-the-box, but I understand that there is no so-called management packs for most, if not all of the above, and that the installed agents will likely include things like CPU usage , memory and disk etc, but I am concerned about something else, that we might need to monitor.

  If there is some kind of guide to application of control specifically for each of these items, I think this should help me tremendously.

  There are certified/recommended models available for many objectives in the company-> monitor-> oversight models.  For example, Ebs, SOA, etc.   I suggest you look at those to begin with.  For DB, Cluster, RAC, etc. recommended are the default settings, so you can create a model of these default values by going to oversight as models above, select Create, and then select the option to create of target Type.  This will allow a drop-down list to select category (database) and then target type (for example database Instance).  Then all the metrics available db will be responsible, with departure recommended thresholds.  Of course, every company has different indicators or thresholds, so there is not 1 correct answer, but it's a good starting point.

  Key points to remember-

  -default incident rule provided by oracle takes no action on warning events

  -recommend create as on rule Inc. and create your own you can adjust/edit, and then clear out of box

  -If you get too many alerts/emails, adjust thresholds or remove thresholds to stop completely to the supervision of models

  -only to set thresholds for the items you will actually act on

  -use reports for others

  It seems that the last CC removes such content from the first invisible folder on the top level of the HD. On my system, it's be a folder created by the BackBlaze backup service.

  Both are good only... If you took the clod backup (managed by the user), you can also do with RMAN catalog.

  I feel clod RMAN backup is good.
