record lock after the backup

Hi all
I want to lock specific record no insert, update, and delete data, is it possible?

Sarah

you need not encode this in a trigger on the lock.
If you ask a record to the database and change an element in the
your block on lock trigger is executed and the record is locked automatically (it is by default).

Just to test, you can create a non-basetable checkbox in your building, named «record_locked "with Y/N values.»
When you check this box a statemend of lock_record:
{code} begin
If
: your_block.record_locked = 'Y '.
then
lock_record;
on the other
forms_ddl ('restore'); --> This going to records all locked in the block and the shape of the hole...
end if;
end; {code}

If you are able to lock individual records, BUT you cannot unlock the separate records.
You must submit a restore and all locked records are to be released.
It is therefore absurd to use this test in a multi-record block!

    Monitoring is done through your audio device, no hearing. When you updated your PC, playback of the audio device settings would have been reset. One of them includes the follow-up of the input jack, and that's what you need to restore. Since we do not know which audio device you use, it's all that we can tell you, except that if it is a device internal, you will need to open the volume control options and he change it. It depends on the good OS versions...

  • Computer hard locks after the notation in the world of Warcraft character select screen

    My computer hard locks after installing the new patch for world of warcraft. I followed all the steps to address this problem with undesirable results. I have reinstalled the world of warcraft, patched successfully, but when connecting, I hard-lock and need to restart my computer. For this reason, I have to start in safe mode because my computer does not start normally after this anomaly. Since then, I tried to reinstall windows 7, but I can't the GUI to load.

    My hard drive has been compromised?

    I followed literally ALL the solutions that made me Blizzard technical support forums. How bout a solution to the problem that seems to be widespread?

    Hello

    ·        What are the steps that you took form of Blizzard Technical Support forums?

    Follow the steps mentioned below.

    Method 1:

    It may be that some third-party software is causing this problem. Perform a clean boot and see if the problem is resolved.

    If you can boot in safe mode, then I suggest you perform a clean boot.

    1. click on Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start The System Configuration utility.

    2. on the general tab click Selective startup , and then click to clear the check box loadstartup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

    3. on the Services tab, click to select the hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click disable all

    Note: Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    1. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    2. on the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    3. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart

  • Start Windows after the backup time machine!

    Hey guys

    I have a MacBook Pro MGXA2 and I used time machine for the first time for the backup of the stuff, but after completing the course, my Windows boot option missing from the start menu

    Now I have MACINTOSH HD and a new option named: option to START EFI!

    in disk utility, I have a Macintosh HD and BOOT CAMP

    boot camp disk is always seen in utility dish! I have many pic in the bootcamp drive

    now the questions:

    How can I access inside the car of bootcamp to retrieve my files from disks in windows?

    is it possible to bring back the old windows boot camp player option to the boot menu?

    Thanx

    Welcome to Apple Support communities

    1. You can access your Windows partition with Finder. Simply open a new Finder window in OS X and the access to your Windows partition (often called "BOOTCAMP").
    2. Out of curiosity, what happens if you choose 'Boot EFI'? Note that newer Macs run Windows in EFI mode, so maybe Windows still works.
  • Qosmio F750 - how to disable the user locking after the closure of the laptop?

    Hello

    I have a Qosmio laptop, F750 and I would keep it active after the closing of the screen keyboard. At the time you close the screen that the user is locked and my remote via WiFi connection does not recognize the laptop is ON more.

    I use iTunes with their Remote app to control music on the laptop and want to have the laptop running in the background with the display closed, but as soon as I do this I lose the connection.
    I disabled the hibernation in the power settings, but this only works if the screen remains open.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you

    Which is really strange.
    When you open the power settings in the Panel on the left side you will find the option choose closing the cover. Set it to do nothing and to test it.

    > and want to have the laptop running in the background with the display closed
    Why? Leave it open. The key is that the screen is off and you can assign parameters of energy too.

  • PC keeps closing after the backup and restore

    Original title: "backup and restore".
    MP PC system is Vista Home Premiun 32 bit.

    This email is from my laptop.

    MS Internet Explorer on my PC gave me wrong yesterday. It would not start.  After several failed attempts, I followed the instructions to remove the update of IE 9. For this I made and re-installed. It did not work.  I then uninstalled IE 9 and IE 8, and re-installed IE 9. It still does not work.

    I decided to backup per 24 hours.  Since them my PC goes through a cycle off, restart and informing me that it configures updates with State 0% who never changes, after about 3 minutes, it stops and starts the process of starting again.  When the backup process started, I learned that I can't cancel it.  As restarting the round has now worked for 15 hours, what can I do to cancel it?

  • Problems with duplicate DATA when the data file was added after the backup completes

    Hello

    I am facing a problem when running of duplicate database with the command of database duplicate RMAN on a 10 g database. If I have the duplication from a full backup that is missing a data file that has been added to the database after the full backup of preforms, I get the following error message:
    Starting restore at 10-10-2009 18:00:38

    released channel: t1
    released channel: t2
    RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

    RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 10/10/2009 18:00:39

    RMAN-06026: some targets not found - aborting restore
    RMAN-06100: no channel to restore a backup or copy of datafile 43
    Redo log which was Pond at the time of the creation of 43 of the data file is also available in the backups. It seems that RMAN cannot use the log information archived redo to restore the content of the data file 43. I guess that because failure is already reported in the RESTORATION and not in the RECOVERY phase, so again the archived logs are not available yet. I get the same message even if I do another backup of the data file 43 (so a backup that is not in the same backupset as the backup to all the other data files).
    The script, the command duplicate product, I guess that RMAN reads the contents of the source database controlfile and trying to get a backup that contains all the data files to restore the database Assistant - if such a backup is not found, it fails.

    Of course, if I try to perform a restore/recovery of the source database, it works without problem:
    RMAN> restore database;

    Starting restore at 13.10.09
    using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
    allocated channel: ORA_DISK_1
    channel ORA_DISK_1: sid=156 devtype=DISK

    creating datafile fno=43 name=F:\ORA10\ORADATA\SOVDEV\SOMEDATAFILE01.DBF
    channel ORA_DISK_1: starting datafile backupset restore
    channel ORA_DISK_1: specifying datafile(s) to restore from backup set
    restoring datafile 00001 to F:\ORA10\ORADATA\SOVDEV\SYSTEM01.DBF
    .....
    The 43 data file is re-created and then redo is applied to the course.

    So, does anyone know if the duplicate database can use archived redo logs to recreate the contents of a data file, as does a normal restore/recovery? If this is the case, then it is necessary to perform a full backup before each duplicated if a data file has been added after such a backup database.

    Thanks in advance for any answers.

    Kind regards
    Swear

    Hi swear,.

    I got exactly the same problem during replication.
    Because we backup archive logs every 6 hours with rman, I added an additional block of running this script.
    run
    {
    backup incremental level 0
    format "% d_ % s_ %%t p_ bk_ '.
    filesperset 4
    database not saved;
    }

    (I also hit a bug in the catalogue which was resolved by patching up the dbs catalog 11.1.0.6, 11.1.0.7 for.)

    This will restrict the data not making file not part of any backup rman 6 hours while jumping for which there is already a backup of data files.

    Kind regards

  • modify the INSTANCENAME parameter after the backup database

    Hello

    our primary database is configured as follows:

    SQL > show parameter db_name;
    VALUE OF TYPE NAME
    ------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
    db_name string prod01

    SQL > show the INSTANCENAME parameter
    VALUE OF TYPE NAME
    ------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
    instance_name string prod01

    the corresponding backup database is configured as:

    SQL > show parameter db_name;
    VALUE OF TYPE NAME
    ------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
    db_name string prod01

    SQL > show the INSTANCENAME parameter
    VALUE OF TYPE NAME
    ------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
    instance_name string stbyprod01

    Now, the standby database must be enabled. Later, I want to change the stbyprod01 to prod01 INSTANCENAME parameter.

    The question now is: what does take to change the INSTANCENAME parameter? In fact the database pending will be

    already be activated and be considered and treated as a stand-alone database. The former primary database will be used no more.

    I would like to do the following:

    SQL > create pfile = 'initprod01.ora' of spfile;

    SQL > shutdown immediate;

    Oracle # > change the pfile file and change the stbyprod01 to prod01 INSTANCENAME parameter

    SQL > startup;

    SQL > create spfile = 'spfileprod01.ora' of pfile;

    SQL > shutdown immediate;

    SQL > startup;

    That should be all - from my point of view (I know that LISTENER.) ORA and TNSNAMES. ORA should be modified, too).

    If someone has already experiences with the INSTANCENAME parameter change but sees some additional configurations: Please let me know!

    1. you can use "alter system set instance_name" to change the value of the instance name.

    2. you must do the following to activate the standby database (NOTE:-this is only for the activation of the backup database and not the passage to digital database)

    1 startup nomount

    2. change the base of Mount Eve.

    3. change the database activate the database pending.

    4. change the database open.

  • Problem recording photo after the edition of windows live photo gallery

    Whenever I try to edit an image in windows live gallery and try to save it, I get the following message appears AN ERROR IS PREVENTING PHOTO GALLERY OF SAVING THIS PHOTO.

    Can you offer me a solution or let me know if microsoft has a fix for this problem

    Hi jetparjas,

    Thank you for using answers Forum.

    You use software to back up your information?
    Maybe a new external drive with a backup program?
    Using drive encryption?

    Looks like some program prevents the Gallery to save changes, this usually occurs with a backup software that monitors changes in the files. Sometimes the software that allows us to make changes think the file is open somewhere else and it will not save.

    You can try to perform a clean boot to see if a startup program is causing the problem.

    To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista by performing a clean boot. This article also describes how to start the Windows Installer service and how to reset the computer so that it starts as usual.

    Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

    If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

    a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

    b. click on start toreduce this includes this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

    Reduce this includes this imageIf you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

    c. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the Load Startup items check box. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)

    d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all.

    Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    e. click OK, and then click restart.

    Step 2: Enable half the services

    a. follow steps 1a and 1B to start the System Configuration utility.

    b. click on the Services tab and then click to select the hide all Microsoft services check box.

    c. Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list.

    d. click OKand then click restart.

    Step 3: Determine whether the problem returns

    If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have initially enabled in the Service list.

    If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

    If only one service is selected in the list of services , and you the problem persists, the service selected the cause of the problem. Go to step 6. If no service is causing this problem, go to step 4.

    Step 4: Enable half of the startup items

    a. perform a clean boot by repeating step 1.

    b. click on the Startup tab and then click to select half of the check boxes in the startup item list.

    c. click OK, and then click restart.

    Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns

    If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have originally selected in the startup item list.

    If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the startup item list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

    If only one startup item is selected in the startup item list, and you still experience the problem, start selected in the list element is the service that is causing the problem. Go to step 6.

    If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely the cause of the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the hide all Microsoft services check box in each step.

    Step 6: Resolve the problem

    After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

    Step 7: Reset the computer to start as usual

    When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    Click on start toreduce this includes this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.

    Reduce this includes this imageIf you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

    On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When I was at the bridge, overlooking the photos, I noticed that the image that I had just edited had transformed into an image mostly white with a black section. I opened the file in Photoshop and found that each layer had been erased in a way where only a rectangle exist, each in different places.

    If not and it seems really corrupt - then check your disk for additional problems.

  • Incompatible control file and the data after the backup files

    The company that I work has servers where some components are new more, so have a backup in the event of hardware failure. If we intend to do some clones of 1:1 of the current servers to change them in case of emergency. As most of the necessary data is not volatile and we reset stuff in any case, there is no need of replicaton, replace an old version of the database works very well. Now we could not easily get substitutes for our old material, so we had to set up new machines. And that's where my trouble starts, because now I had to actually set up the system and the database rather than do a simple copy of byte to byte. I'm mainly a programmer, using Oracle of 'other' side, but as our DBA is yet to come and the work must be done now...

    So I did some reasearch and decided to do a normal backup of the cold. I have dumped the controlfile, copied data and configuration files to the new server and read the prompt SQL (no mistake there) control file. After some initial hiccups with the system (memory, etc.), I was finally about to start the database, only to get an error ORA-01190 ("1 database or control file is from before the last RESETLOGS").

    I guess I did is a bad thing when you restart the database (used the wrong part of the control file) or when the copy of the data. The original data have split two readers for simplicity and logical, I copied their entire contents. So maybe I don't not copied to little but too?

    As I said in the introductory paragraph, I'm not a DBA, but I'm willing to learn and listen. I don't expect a complete solution, but some guidelines when to look and what to avoid. Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Currently, there are some points need clarification,

    1. you don't need to re-create the control file, if you have a clean shutdown database and copied all the files at the same time (data files, control files etc.)

    2. If you stop DB, copied files of data but do not copy the control at shutdown file, you must re-create the control file.

    3. the error ORA-19909 suggested you resetlog prior to recovery.

    ORA-19909: string data file belongs to an orphan incarnation
    Cause: The data file specified has been restored from a backup that was taken during a period of time that has already been abandoned by a resetlogs operation or Oracle cannot identify what incarnation of database file belongs. The alert log contains more information.
    Action: Restore a backup of this file that belongs to the current or a previous incarnation of the database. If you use RMAN to restore, RMAN automatically selects a good backup.

    4. it would be better that again follow you from scratch the article.

    for example,.

    Copy the files you did copy over the data base to the bottom of the old server,
    modify the control file creation script

    RECOVER DATABASE USING BACKUP CONTROLFILE;
    ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS;

  • After the backup hard drive cloning ARD launch

    OS: 10.11.6 (issue which happened on 10.11.5; update today to see if this helped)

    Recently, I reformatted my hard drive to correct some wacky partitioning I played with and cloned my rear disc of a direct clone of CCC.  Also, I recreated my restoration, installation of Boot Camp and installed Windows partition.

    Then, I went to launch the Office remotely and received the following error:

    As a logical person, I uninstalled the application by following the steps here, reinstalled and restarted... to get the same error.

    At this point, I have Google would be a bit and found mention of a permissions issue which was that other people having the same problem.  I checked my diary and here, I got the same errors:

    The strict solution seems to be to delete this folder and recreate it.  First of all, I did this by connecting to the recovery partition and deleting the folder 'C' via the Terminal I didn't so not disable controls system integrity.  This resulting no change on a restart, even after do it again, uninstalling Remote Desktop, and then reinstall.

    Then I disabled the system integrity (csrutil disable) in recovery and started to remove it when it is started.  I ran across the same as hoops above because it does not work all the time.

    I even went away so crazy just now as to delete the folder of higher level instead of just the subfolder 'C '.  That no longer works.  I changed the permissions on the folder to 777.  No change.  Changed the owner to my user account because he invites him for an administrator account.  No change.

    I went to the ARD support page and tried to present a real ticket, but it turns out that the ARD is not in the list of software that you can file a ticket on.

    I'm out of ideas.  No luck, can anyone provide some guidance?

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem the first time, I don't have the link with a CCC clone, but this morning (after a clean install because of this problem), I cloned my boot on a new SSD drive and this issue comes up with the clone. I reboot the original disc and ARD works on original, CCC is causing the problem, I made several clones with previous systems without problems, so it's probably a mixture of Capitan/CCC/ARD pure problem.

    I left a message of support to the CCC with a reference to your thread.

    hope for solution too... for the first time in my life of Apple that a problem needs a new facility...
