• Problem installing PES 12 on Win7

  Yesterday, I bought a physical copy of the PSE 12 at Staples; He had a redemption card.  In my first attempt to install, I don't have a serial number right, so opted to install the trial version; I got in Organizer and pull up a photo, but he made no changes.  Then I registered with an Adobe ID & got the serial No. from your Web site.  Tried to install non-evaluation PES 12 of my drive, but it says "the expir├⌐ trial" when I tried to enter in PSE.  Tried again with the same result.  Deleted stuff PES of my programs files and later the Adobe folder in my library of Documents.  Try again to install the PES of disc, I find once again "trial has expired".  I know that I have not followed the instructions of Adobe precisely (I'm a clueless user who depended on GeekSquad for my PC that was bought new in October 2013 with Win 7 and works very well). What should I do to get the PSE running?

  Yes.  When I say the message about the trial being expired, I thought that PES would not let me do anything. Then I realized that I should just try it.  If everything is OK now.
