• How can I get a valid redemption code

  I don't know where to go for help with this case. I bought a 12 month prepaid Creative cloud photography Plan of BestBuy.com, but when I entered the redemption code, I got the error message below.

  Oops! This code does not appear to be active. Contact the dealer that you provided the map, or use a different code. For more information contact the Customer Support and order by phone.

  I contacted the customer service from BestBuy and after two days being transferred to several representatives of different ministries / told me I had to contact Adobe customer service.

  Any help in obtaining a valid redemption code would be greatly appreciated.
