Redemption code has no charge!
Hi, I recently bought creative cloud through my employer (Community College). However, my red redemption code does not load after purchase! How can I receive code redemption attached to my purchase? Why is there no phone number or live chat for help? Thank you!

Redemption code has already been used
I am a student and received my code redemption for Adobe Creative Cloud. However, when I try to use the code after signing in, it indicates that the redemption code has already been used. I was in contact with technical support Adobe several times where they have installed and uninstalled CC and still without a bit of luck. Someone at - it other suggestions to redeem the code or if I install the application update the redemption code later.

Redemption codes used only once. The redemption code no longer has any purpose after he used only once. After using it once you have the subscription assigned to your account and should be able to sign to the creative cloud using your Adobe account information.

I used Adobe Elements & Adobe Revel for years. I was warned of the passage of these applications in the creative cloud and because of my long standing relationship with Adobe, I received a redemption code to switch to the creative cloud for a year. I contacted Adobe today and met with Anmitra to the (deleted by the moderator) who confirmed that my redemption code was active. He also told me that I could call the 1800-833-6687 number tonight and a person would be available to help me. I told her that I called this number at night and that they close at 7 pm Pacific time, and he assured me that someone would be able to help me 24 hours. one day, from Monday to Friday. I came home and responsible for my redemption code, and still, he says "we're sorry, but it seems that this redemption code has expired. That's the message exact errror I got when you try to download the creative cloud for the past weeks. I explained all this to the above officer who assured me that the redemption code is active. I am beyond frustrated that I can't download the creative cloud and transfer all of my photos from Revel which will expire tomorrow. I need help.

I have a creative cloud for the student plan valid for 3 years, renewable each year.

How can I find my redemption code?
The only this code in any of the 2 emails I received Adobe After buying the full subscription of creative cloud was the order #. The 'help' page for redemption codes has no answer (it is said "(see what type of product you? )") to locate your redemption code) "(, qui vous dirige vers le haut de la page, en vous apportant de l'endroit où vous étiez avant)." I've been on hold with customer service ("estimated wait time: 8-14 minutes") for 30 min (18:30-19:00 PT) when I discovered the service stops at 19:00. Did you purchase your subscription a year from Adobe or from a reseller? Since the help page reference you, there is a link for the students and teachers edition: serial number, the redemption and product codes. Student & teacher Editions. Instructions differ depending on the whether to buy your subscription from Adobe or from a reseller.
After that just sign in with your Adobe ID to Adobe: creative, marketing, and document management solutions and then click on the link for Desktop Explorer Adobe desktop | Adobe Creative Cloud to start the download and installation of the applications.
