Reference Dell FX100 Zero Client login screen
I have a few Dell FX100 zero client I have tests in my view environment 5 and discovered a fundamental problem. When users disconnect their sessions, customer zero returns to the view screen. This logon window is sitting there indefinitely and is causing burn-in screen. Is there a power save feature that will put the display to sleep to avoid burn-in? I looked at the Teradici site but saw nothing. I am running the latest firmware Teradici, 3.5.

There are many parts to the VMware View solution. The main parts, that you ask the subject are:
Client access device: what do you use to access your desktop remotely hosted VDI and RDSH
The Office of VDI and RDSH host: the Virtual Machine you remote in and work (that is displayed to the customer)
Zero clients are a feature of client access that are VMware Ready Certified for VMware View and appear on the VMware View Client HCL. A zero client can be used to access your virtual desktop VMware View with PCoIP such as the Protocol of distance communication.
We also provide the customers of VMware View software running on a wide variety of client devices and operating systems such as Linux Distros, installs Thin Clients with custom Linux for our client partners customers Windows, OS X, iOS and Android customers. Our open client is just a client for devices based on Linux, typically used by our thin client partners to create customers for their specific needs. It's just the customer that allows you to access your remote desktop of VDI.
The only host or remote VDI desktop OS / OS RDSH we support connection from any device using RDP client access or PCoIP is Windows. We do not offer an offering to connect to desktop computers based on Linux. Our base platform vSphere does support Linux servers / hosts (without Linux Desktop OSs are listed) so you might use alternative office as connectivity and vSphere allows to virtualize your Linux virtual machines.

login screen Remote desktop showing on mac client connection
Hello
is there a way to prevent the display of the login screen, when connecting to a Remote Desktop client workstation? The connection is already arranged with a login, so now I need to identify 'twice'. First time with AutoConnect when you click on a workstation in Remote desktop and second manually when the other customer's screen opens. This was not in Yosemite, but appeared first in El Capitan and it's kind of annoying.
I use the old worgroupmanager to control the use of USB devices. It interacts with the login screen, too?
Is there a way I can avoid this login screen?
I have a machine that is the Mountain Lion, without Workgroupmanger, and this is the normal behavior without any login screen.
In fact, it was the Workgroup Manager. You need to disable the connection to local users only, which is enabled by default.

Reference Dell pc with xp family. Restart to the logon screen. starts ok in safe mode. run msconfig and do that no change then do restart ok everything ok until the cold start, then hand it to restart?
Peek into the registry to find clues.
Disable the automatic restart in case of system error and see if you can capture a message of error checking bug (BSOD) with useful information. Automatic restart in the event of system failure can be disabled in the F8 advanced boot menu, or you can turn it off in system properties.
1. right click on my computer and select Properties.
2 - Click on the Advanced tab, and then click on the Start button and recovery settings.

Black screen with cursor, no login screen; Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
Hi all
I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 running Win7 Home Premium 32 - bit with IE9. It worked perfectly fine for over a year. The last update listed in the system restore was on 23/04/2011. He installed the Windows updates.
My husband used the computer very well the next morning. When I tried to start the computer, it wouldn't so I thought that maybe the battery should be charged. I plugged it in and nothing helped. The load button wouldn't even nothing worked at all. I bought a new battery and it came yesterday. I changed the batteries and let one over new-completely. I then tried to start the computer and he did something I could not do in months... He ran the disk check.
The disk check lasted almost 2 hours. He wouldn't let me cancel it either. He said (from the pieces that I could see) that system files have been moved, a ton of them said that they have been replaced, others have been removed, and some have been updated. I knew not what do when it restarted because it did it is normal startup, showed at the Windows startup screen and then when I thought he was going to the login screen, it became black and only the cursor has been visible and moving.
I restarted again and this time the display of incorrect closing came. I tried all the options - normal mode, safe mode safe mode w/networking and safe mode w/prompt - all results were the same. Then I tried using the recovery tool to fix the problem. Startup Repair showed no problem, System Restore showed either deleted or corrupted files and I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it showed no problems. I even ran the Diagnostic tool in the start menu.
I think that chkdsk deleted my files of Windows, but I don't know how to get back them. I have the OS disk and tried to use the repair feature, but nothing yet. Also, I had to ask my husband did it to my laptop and he answered nothing. So I had to be more specific, and his answer to my questions were: ' I didn't download anything "and" I just closed the laptop, I never disconnected or shut it down. I guess that's the reason for the battery works not properly the next day.
If someone could help me with this, I would be very grateful.

I've seen a lot of posts with people having the same problem, but the solution did not help for me so far. I have Windows 7 64 bit, internet explore 10 (I've removed the 11 update) and the latest version of Skype. I tried to update IE 11 mannualy but it did not work (got an error).
I have attached my msinfo32 zip file perhaps it helps.
I hope someone can help me.
This means that JavaScript is not enabled in your Internet Explorer.
Without your Internet Explorer is the ability to run JavaScript, there is no way for Skype create login screen, short using the workaround solution 'legacylogin '.
Scripting in Internet Explorer might has been disabled by Antivirus software. It seems you have installed McAfee.
Try to uninstall this software.
