This is the first time it has been reinstalled/rebuilt. The pc before reconstruction work properly and had the real status of software with Service Pack 3 installed.

Someone at - it answers please?

Hello

If Windows is preinstalled on your computer, or you purchased a disc OEM/license, they are both classified as an OEM license and are not transferable.

The Windows OEM license is tied to the origin/hardware computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.
You cannot transfer it to another computer/laptop computer or motherboard

By original/hardware that means original Motherboard, that Microsoft calls the heart of a computer

You change to have a new computer in the eyes of Microsoft
