Renew subscription

I cancelled my subscription and he went out yesterday and adobe charged me $ 65.00.  However, I changed my mind and want to renew it.  For the life of me I can not connect with their cat even if it says 24/7.  I go round and round in circles.  I can not yet send email.  Could someone possibly help me plaease.

  • Could not check the renewed subscription

    Hello.

    I have the Polish version of Photoshop + Lightroom. I recently updated my payment information and got my renewed subscription (according to what is shown in the Adobe ID Panel online). Even if I can not connect to Adobe Creative Cloud so I can't get access to Photoshop.

    The thing is that it fails to check the subscription so that it should be ok.

    See screens below is in Polish, but he said that I should update my subscription (info payment maybe?). If he did recently, so I should wait 15 minutes and try again. It is all done, nothing works.

  • Creative Cloud renew subscription popup blocking my CS6

    On my Mac, I have removed CC apps and Manager, as well as a cleaning App. No luck. Customer support would not help over the phone. I have a brand new CS6 lic just installed and it will not start because of the window «CC renew subscription» My CC has expired and I don't want it.

    It was suggested on the FAQ to reinstall applications and disconnect from them. However, they have expired so it is not an option. Help me get this renew manipulated window problem. I guess it for years now that CC has launched a problem for users. Although, I haven't seen any solution anywhere... Thanks for your time.

    Thank you! After about 10 hours of play with the different suggestions and ideas to turn off the "Cloud", I finally got CS6 to open without removing the cloud. In the CC Manager dropdown in the toolbar, I clicked on the icon settings at the top right of the drop-down list box (form gear) and simply SIGN of CC. In addition, I chose a few preferences like: do not open CC on the launch. But the others I didn't remove the cloud for CS6 open, and I do not have the window that says I have to renew my subscription to the CC to verify my purchase of Adobe license. Thank you all. I want to first thank all the little people... without you I wouldn't be here.

  • Payment error - CC renewal subscription

    It's been over a week now, and twice the customer service was not able to help me with this problem.

    My first monthly payment of my renewal subscription didn't cross. He repeats the mistake of payment. Last month was very good and there is more then a pretty on my credit card to pay this month. So what's happening?

  • Renew subscription errors (Possible Solution)

    After you have installed the Adobe CC collection I received fast loop 'renew subscription '. I tried to get the fixed number twice through support to the customer without result. A member of the customer support staff told me that the reason behind the error was that Adobe Application Manager was not able to verify my serial number, thus creating a block with Adobe Cloud Manager and Adobe CC applications.

    I found a solution that I think might work. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4773 & starts = 4437) and installed Adobe Support Advisor (http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/) I installed and ran the two programs. So far, I'm able to renew my software license and use the applications as usual cloud creatives. I hope this helps.

    Usually, this behavior occurs if your subscription expires or is having some sort of problem with billing as your credit card has expired.  I think the Adobe Application Manager installation was what fixed it if I had to guess. Anyway, happy that you were able to do things again.

    Hi, I have a problem with my app: after buying the renewable subscription automatically, the latest issue did not become available for download/playback.

    Here are the steps I did:

    1. I chose one of the options to subscribe

    2. crossed in App purchase

    3. After crossing the In App Purchase, app updates the library

    4 after the library, the last number is not available for download. He still has the buy"" button.

    Certificates of ios seems ok (repeated several times), same steps of 3 other apps I already have.

    I opened this band of rolling over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a fix, which pay us more than two weeks of lost time? This problem is to have a very detrimental effect on my work.

    I use plan creative cloud for photographers and last week I got an error that I need to renew my subscription. But the last payment was a success and currently enough money for the new payment (should be in mid-June).
    When I tried to open/Edit payment details to my plan each time the same error - PMT_000008.

    I tried to add the same card again and now I have two plans in my account with different payment dates.

    But I still have no chance to open Photoshop - the same 'renew your membership '.

    Please, urgent assistance is required. I was brought to my knees and cannot do the job with a serious deadline fast approaching.

    I can't use ANY CC apps on one of the 2 10 Windows PC that I use!

    I get just an endless loop of 'Renew your membership', "Sign in required" and "Thank you" messages even if my subscription is valid until November 22.

    I tried...

    -Signature of designer Cloud Desktop app

    -By disabling the two PCs

    -Restart

    -Remove the OOBE folder

    -Delete the folder AAMUpdater

    -Uninstall creative cloud desktop application

    -Completely uninstall CC, using the creative cloud cleaning tool and reinstall applications and CC

    -AAM update

    Nothing worked... Please help?

    The only suggestion that I have seen that I have not tried is the following of 'Renew your membership' error window bug!

    I finally got a solution from Adobe! It is a update my post of Sept, 22nd 2015 is above.

    After 6-7 technical support calls and 4-5 hours of my time, finally the question was found to be on the Adobe authentication server. So after three months of my membership doesn't work do not, the solution that worked was to cancel my old subscription, I had this phone with the software Adobe Department of accounts and then just restore a new subscription.

    When the option of not is NOT auto renew my subscription to creative cloud? Price is going up in may, Lightroom is too slow and I can't continue to pay for it.

    I found a link to cancel the subscription, which I suppose it will cancel immediately. Want to keep it until it expires, then just don't renew auto.

    as far as I know (I may be wrong, however), there is no way to disable the automatic renewal.
    Your only option would be to cancel your subscription.

    My credit card has been charged for half a month by the look of it and there is a corresponding invoice in my account information.

    As your initial billing date was the 16th of each month, when you restarted your subscription a partial sum has been invoiced covering Feb. 1 - 15 Feb.  Your plan will be renewed at the monthly regular / 16 Feb price allocation.
