  I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in. When I check my account on adobe.com, I see I have registration and I am registered on creative cloud Office but for some reason that I can't download software. My trial is now over and I always ask myself a serial number. My classmates, has obtained registration, but it worked well for them and no one seems to understand why it does not work. Can someone help me on this? did I miss something super simple and stupid? Thank you

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

However, during the launch of any program CS6, Adobe Application Manager then lance and tells me that my creative cloud membership is now expired. How/where to enter my CS6 license key? I tried to enter my new license on my Adobe account profile > 'My products and services' and reinstalled CS6 requests from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).

  Including that of another thread, after which I could connect again with my Adobe ID and my software is ready for use:

  Windows:

  Delete these folders

  C:\ProgramData\Adobe SLStore

  SLCache in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  C:\Users\(Your Username OOBE) \AppData\Local\Adobe

  Mac:

  Delete SLStore and SLCache in Application Support/Adobe

  Delete ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe OOBE

  I gave up my creative cloud membership but now I can't use my CS6 I had installed on my computer for a long time now by CD. It says I need to renew my membership cloud creative to use my CS6, but I should be able to use my CS6 without it see, that I used it until I installed same creative cloud. • I cancelled my creative cloud and now my Production Premium CS6 will not work!

  When I canceled the composition creative cloud by phone, I informed the representative of Adobe I was intending to use our suite Production Premium CS6 instead (which we had more cc.)  Now I can't open anything in my suite CS6.  It is the treatment as if it was installed with CC - which it was not.  They both have the same login email address.

  Windows:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and delete the file opm.db.

  Mac:

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

  ~/Library

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and delete the file opm.db.

  Then try to activate the Production Premium.

  Even still face problem, try to clear the content of SLCache.

  In Windows, first turn on the display of hidden files and folders, because most of the files is hidden by default.

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and navigate to the SLCache folder and move all its contents to the backup on the desktop folder. Make sure that SLCache is empty.

  Then try to activate the Production Premium.

  Mac:

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  ~/Library

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

  Under folder Adobe

  Find the SLCache folder and move all its contents to the backup on the desktop folder. Make sure that SLCache is empty.

  Then try to activate the Production Premium.

  If the subscription is not totally removed, sometimes he will recognize yet cancelled CC membership and guests of error.

  The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom. The instructions to fix it are: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing
