  • Cannot connect to the FaceTime for Mac after repair by Apple

    A new logic Board had recently introduced in the Macbook Pro. Had some problems during registration to iCloud on Mac after changing my password on the iPhone while it was in the shop. Sign the most questions about the apple software have been resolved after a reboot. Seems FaceTime and GamesCentre are still some questions however:

    Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

  • Uninstall software update Apple says error in seller contact package package unstaller

    Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

    First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.

    Then uninstall completely worked. Then reinstall that seemed to be over except for a message "an older version of Apple software update already exists" then he went down and install itunes apparently had not been completed.

  • Apple Watch scratched screen

    I got my Apple Watch since Christmas and I love it.  Recently, I noticed a scratch on the screen.  Not sure how it happened.  It does not interfere with something else and shows only when light hits a certain way, but it's boring.  I kept thinking this is a task, but when it doesn't come off, I saw that it was a scratch.  I have a first generation 38mm sports watch rose gold.  Is there a way to replace the screen?

    Follow the steps here, including the verification of the charge for debris socket:

    If your problem persists, contact Apple support (mail service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation in order to have your iPhone verified and, if recommended by Apple, served.

    Your double post indicates that your iPhone is covered by the limited warranty of one year. No one here can tell you if your iPhone would be replaced under warranty (you don't talk to Apple here - it is a community based on the user).

    If your iPhone is eligible and requires a repair material, note that you need to pay for the cracked screen to be repaired by Apple - or possibly for out-of-warranty repairs, if the damage is more extensive.

    So, I'm new here and enough new to Apple and after about 6-8 months of use of the iPhone 6 s more, I noticed that the dust is entered in the upper left corner of the screen. This worsens a week and I suspect that's the strength of touch combined with the haptic function - I am very familiar with the key Force so I use it all the time.

    My question - as I live in Romania where it isn't an official Apple store, but I will make a few trips across Europe soon - I'll be able to have changed him into an Apple Store?     If the phone was bought in a EU Member country, you can get it in any member country of the European Union.

    In other cases, the phone cannot be repaired in the country of purchase.

    If you have little time to get the phone repaired by Apple, see if you can make an appointment.

    my iphone 5 s is currently blocked on the loading with the apple logo bar, my home button does not work (I normally use assisstive-touch), ive tried connecting my phone to a laptop and then connect to itunes, but when I connect to itunes it say «to allow access, answer on your iphone» I don't know what to do and need my phone. Help, please.

    So, I'm trying to reset my security questions, because I forgot the answers. I followed all the procedures to do, but it won't work.

    I try again and again, but it never works. Whenever I get my password and trying to proceed, the loading spinner runs for a bit, then I get this message "to reset your security questions, sign in to your account and start again." I have never spent this page and in a region where I am able to actually reset my security questions. I tried with all browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Safari... nothing works. Now, I have tried 3 times reset by e-mail. It will not work. What is going on? Is the site broken?

    To make things worse, I don't have an option to call for framing according to the Apple website. The only option I get is to contact my operator. What the * is my carrier will repair my Apple ID? It's very frustrating say the least. Someone please help!

    You cannot reset the Security Questions If you forgot the. You can only reset them if you know them (which means that you also know your password).

  • Does not touch the iPhone 6 after 18 months of use.  Apple Service Center is not able to solve the problem it could material being associated and returned the phone, now I'm stuck with this expensive junk, the Iphone above 6 serious problem?

    I am in India, I was using Iphone 6, 16GB, for the last 18 months, bought in Australia, progressively, the touch screen not responding. Then the problem started to happen frequently. I said, all ideas update, (9.3.2) reset, restore, etc., etc., nothing helped, finally the Apple so-called service center has confirmed that it is a hardware problem, is not repairable and advised me to return the phone and scrap it or to pay nearly 60% of the phone cost to get another phone as replacement. (It might be a refurbished phone).  As I see a lot of complaints in the blogs on the problems of the iphone 6, Apple has not taken any measure to solve my problem and trying to make more money on behalf of replacement... Now I'm stuck with such a pricey gadget... should I buy new Iphone?

    Sorry, but an iPhone can be repaired by Apple or a Service provider authorized Apple in the country of purchase. If you think of buying a new device, buy it in the country where you will use it will save you a lot of trouble if you need service.

    And, according to usage, a 16 GB model might not have enough free space left to work properly, which can also cause the phone to lag and unresponsive at times.

I upgraded the Macbook to 8 GB of RAM and I have also adapted a Samsung SDS. These upgrades cancels any free repair of apple?

    These are things that you can change.  The only time these guarantees Sub is if you broke up royally the other things in the process.

    You should put the original RAM and SSD original back.  You can get the system back with new RAM sticks and a new HD with the kind permission of the repair depot that found them to be defective.

    Hi there does anyone have a similar story...?

    I had my headset wireless of beats for less than a year and have unfortunately experienced problems almost from the beginning. I just deliver the product off for the third time (if it is 4 times in the last 11 months) for a repair by Apple. Given the frequency of the problems (battery not charging, volume control is collapsed, ear piece broke in two, etc.,) I thought that it is prudent to contact Apple Customer Relations to discuss what would happen if this product has not yet given that surely there hypothetical until my one year warranty would have expired and they could tell me to walk.

    I don't know about you guys but money doesn't grow on trees, and I would like to buy things from brands as well...

    I called Apple this morning, and a person of customer relationships under the name of Rob proceeded to listen with courtesy to the situation. He shot to the top of the history of the product such that referenced and checked the info I had relayed to him. What I was looking for was a road map on how to proceed in the event that the product has beaten again.

    I proposed that, if an automaker has a defective car, they are a reminder, and if Apple has delivered, unbeknownst to them, a product that fails to realize that they would work to find a fair solution for their client/s. After all, Apple products, I (computers, iPads, etc.) are perfect so perhaps I we could pursue another solution by applying a token credit toward a future purchase when this repair imitates previous efforts. Equity? I suspected.

    It was my suggestion.

    Rob, after a pause of the enclosure, argued that Apple was not able to verify if my previous problems have been primarily true, since they do not have anyone to test the products they are returned. It seems only fair, they opted to send me a new product every time. I should be happy with this level of service, and if the product had to have a new problem and the guarantee should be active (that we know about the product is 11 months old), then proceed as they have in the past with a repair / replacement.

    For a product that has been difficult from the GET go I expect basically nothing from Apple. The agent that I had on the line says nothing about tribute to purchase in good faith. The proposal, which he said was almost cynical in his knowledge my warranty would be in place in a few weeks. Implicit is the fact that I can go for a walk when and if the product is defective for the fourth or fifth time.

    I want to give a shout out to Apple, that's not who they are. This "sitting bull" / instrasingent stand is not in the manual of anyones fair customer relationships. I can't help but think that, as a woman, they thought they could just sweep me under the rug and make me disappear. I could go further, but not before considering to put back money for a Apple product. I now have a suspicious reserve about Apple - friends of the weather... I paid a premium for a product I thought would deliver high-end performance and design and I got a lemon. Now they say meet go make lemonade.

    Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what the customer service and is close to the good corporate citizenship.

    No Apple. You try to locate a 3rd party competent repair and pay for the repairs. Apple will not work on a device that has already had a 3rd party repair.
