repeated no reliable connection to gmail

Recently I deleted my entire browsing history and cache. Now I get "Untrusted connection" when you try to connect to my gmail accounts. But I don't think that's true.

Thank you, cippazza, that did the trick. It is curious, because the problem only after that I erased all my recent story about a week ago, so I don't think that would settle the matter. But he did. Very grateful to you for the entry.

  • Two of our accounts of Firefox will not allow the user to connect to gmail.

I just upgraded my desktop computer for Windows 10. We have several user accounts on this computer. We all use Firefox as a browser. When one user other than me opens Firefox in their account, they can go without a problem, but cannot connect to gmail. They receive the following message: "secure connection failed. • When I tried to connect to gmail, I was told that I had a problem with cookies. I cleared the cache, etc. and still can not log on.

We have detected a problem with your cookies settings.
When I try to connect to gmail, I get the following message is displayed.

    Enable cookies

Make sure that your cookies are enabled. To enable cookies, follow these browser-specific instructions.
    Cookies and empty the cache

If you have cookies enabled but are still having problems, clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
    Adjust your privacy settings

If your cache and clearing cookies doesn't resolve the issue, try adjusting the privacy settings of your browser. If your settings are up, manually add www.google.com to your list of allowed sites. To learn more

I checked and cookies are enabled. I cleared the cache. How can I add www.google.com to my allowed sites list? This will solve the problem?

    Thank you.

What are your cookies settings? For example:

Conservation rules: use the custom settings for history

    {X} accept cookies from sites
    Accept third-party cookies: always
    Keep until: I close Firefox

Some sites may not work well if you have disabled the 'third party' cookies (I don't remember if Gmail is one of those).

Have you deleted all existing Google cookies? You can do it from any page search on google.com. Here's how:

While displaying a page on the site, try either:

    • Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
    • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > 'view the Cookies '.
    • Click on the globe or padlock icon in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".

In the dialog box that opens, google.com should be filled up automatically and you can delete cookies from the site individually.

Then try logging into Gmail. Who help me?

  • error "too many concurrent connections" with Gmail

I started all of a sudden the error "too many concurrent connections" with Gmail with one of my gmail accounss. I googled and it seems like an old problem and I tried all the recommended solutions, but none worked. I have two gmail accounts and the other continues to function properly. Suggestions!

Reduce the number of labels has solved this problem. Seems specific to TB and GMail (google says you can have hundreds of emails - I have about 60). There are mentions of which can be found via google - but no definitive statement on the problem, with workarounds, etc.. Now I will be anxious the next time I have to add a label, not knowing if it will work or cause this problem.

  • no reliable connection - certificate in reality is fake

When I try to access google.com, I get the message 'no reliable connection '. When I then go to the certificate, it shows this:

    Organization: DO_NOT_TRUST
    common name: DO_NOT_TRUST_FiddlerRoot
    organizational unit: created by: http://www.fiddler2.com

So now what should I do? I ran multiple scans - microsoft security, malwarebytes anti-malware.

    You are welcome.

If you do not intend to use Fiddler you can uninstall this program via the control panel Windows (programs).
You can leave the connection without proxy setting, which should not cause any problems.

  • I can't connect to gmail or igoogle in Firefox 13 on my XP machine, but I can't in Chrome, which is not my browser by default, and in IE, which I hate.

Since the release of Firefox 13 (arrow), I was unable to connect to gmail and igoogle (didn't bother with other google services because these two are out). I'm connecting... connecting... and nothing happens. I am able to open two sites in Chrome, but it is not my default browser is a truncated version of what I'm used to and I found the site web incompatibilities. At work (a job of the Government so very locked) I am able to open gmail and igoogle successfully in the browser of gov ' t IE, however still many features is blocked. I would like to be able to open gmail and igoogle in this version of Firefox, or even to restore the previous version.

Hello TomatoQueen, please try the following:

enter Subject: config in the address bar and search for the preference named network.http.keep - alive and where it is set to false, it toggles true (the default value) by double-clicking it. Then, restart the browser and see if it works properly again...

    otherwise, turn network.http.spdy.enabled to false.

  • I get a "MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED" message when you connect to gmail or iGoogle home page, ONLY WITH FIREFOX (not with Internet Explorer). Help!

For the past two weeks, whenever I connect to gmail or iGoogle home page I get a message from avast! Antivirus (free version) saying that it has detected a malicious site. This only happens when using Firefox. No message is displayed if I connect using Internet Explorer 8. I use Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3, avast! Version 6.0.1367 (updated daily), Mozilla Firefox 10.0. I also use Malware Anti-Malware and SUPER Anti Spyware, bytes that are also updated regularly. The only recent downloads in my system were version 10.0 of Firefox and Microsoft Updates. I even tried to roll back to version 9, no change or improvement. This is the URL that is blocked, as shown in the pop-up message: OBJECT: http://74.50.117.107/js/je.php?u=739ec4a2-4903-4c0d-aee6-bdb3d2cdb87c & a = 200 & i = 111 & s = 0 INFECTION: PROCESS URL: MAL: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe. What worries me, because it barely resembles the horizon, and I do not use IE, it is slower and does not include Ad Block, which I use a lot (apart from the fact that Microsoft is trying to push me to buy Windows 7 * IE9 does not work with XP *, which would require the upgrade my computer and for the moment there is no budget available.). I thank in advance for the help, you can send my way.

  • problems connecting to gmail and other sites (unles in inprivate mode?)

    Hello

I have problems connecting to gmail (unless in private mode?)

I had a similar problem with www.kvraudio.com and I removed the cookie manually.

I removed the cookie from gmail (I think), but it did not help. There are a few cookies from google, but I'm not messing things.

So far, I like firefox but I need to be able to "connect to sites" without their "brought back me to the login page" each time

    Can you help me?

If clearing cookies doesn't help, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite - journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the profile folder in case the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

  • I can not connect to gmail (I know my user name and password), the refreshing splash page, but I can connect to gmail using Internet Explorer

I can connect to gmail via Microsoft Internet Explore so I know my username and password work. I also added www.google.com to the list of the eligible web sites in Firefox. The google account was launched about two weeks ago and I have had no problems to connect until about 3 days ago. I went through all the stages of recovery offered by google. I suspect that there is something between Firefox and google that needs fixing, but I don't know what.

Try to clear the cache and delete cookies for gmail/google, this can sometimes help with access to a site that previously worked. For more information, see How to clear Firefox cache and delete cookies to remove the information from Web sites is stored on your computer.

  • Repeated loss of connection between Outlook and Exchange server

    Hello

I am running Windows 7 beta ultimate evaluation copy Build 7100.

On that, I installed Office 2007, part of which is Outlook (12.0.6514.5000) SP2 MSO (12.0.64251000).

I do the usual Windows updates and recently, I noticed that my Outlook has been updated as when I turn it off, I have a new Outlook "grey" with a red 'x' icon in this document, which disappears when the software is finally off.

The problem is that now Outlook repeatedly loses the connection with the Exchange Server in my (work) and I have to close Outlook in order to reconnect and reactivate.

It only happens when I'm at home - not at work (where I am actually on the internal network).

    It's very frustrating.

    Can you please help?
