Replacement Compaq C500 screen

Hi, can someone tell me if a screen of Compaq V521ous will fit my Compaq C509NR

http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c00692061

Here are the specs for them, they run both a 15.4 inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 and the two are LCD screens. So yes, the screens are interchangeable, but if the Assembly of the entire screen is interchangeable can be another matter.

What you need is a description step by step how to do this. As you probably know little mistake may be responsible for property damage or damage to small plastic parts that have many smallholders plastic.

  • seriously damaged 6s - Apple iPhone screen will replace just the screen?

So, I got a new 64 GB iPhone 6 in September last year because Verizon forced me to upgrade my old 5 c.  I had initially purchased AppleCare + under the pretext that the policy CA + had not changed and that if damage were to occur on the screen that they would replace the screen for free.  I bought a case for the phone and before the case had arrived, I had already managed to break (we're talking a timespan 2 day of all that happens, unfortunately), and when I called to make the appointment to take in what I thought would be a free replacement, they informed me of the new fees of $79.  Well, I was pretty mad because I had already paid $100 for AC + and then pay an additional $79 seemed ridiculous because they were customer support without AC $109 + for a new screen.  The math doesn't add up, so I got a partial refund of my AC + and never got the screen fixed and lived with the crack.  Well long story short the screen is now completely broken through my 11 month old and I can't use it at all - you can barely see through the glass falling pieces, and the screen itself does not.  Can someone tell me if yes or not it simply a replacement of the screen or I have to buy a phone brand new?  And if she's going to be the last, I'm not keep the phone, I am trading it back in because we are switch from Verizon to AT & T - I can take it for a 3rd rep party to get a new screen and still get trade in value of the phone?  AT & T is simply that it is y no cracks in display political and joins the local cell phone repair, so I guess that Yes on the second part of this question.

As long as there is no additional damage on the phone itself you can get the screen replaced but if the case is damaged, you will need to use your franchise under AppleCare + as an alternative to the iPhone.

  • Compaq c500: memory no upgrade no good compaq C

People from forum good day. I have another question, that I can't understand, but I have my suspicions. I upgraded a compaq c500 P T2080 double XP to win 7 x 32. It came with 2 GB ram. I tried to put in 1 gig to do 3, then 2 + 2 to 4. In both cases, it would be none even of starting. Is 2 gig the max for this system? Thank you my friends. TFL522

C571nr is model number and yes the maximum memory is 2 GB. The HP service manual is not available online, but third party memory vendors say it tops out at 2 GB, and that's what I remember last time I worked on a few years back:

    https://www.18004memory.com/Compaq-Presario-c571nr.asp

The specified memory is aka pc2-4200 DDR2-533. You aka PC2-6400 DDR2-800, but it will be clocked at 533 mhz not 800

  • A technical problem concerning the replacement of the screen on a Satellite Pro

    Hello

The original on my laptop screen is a screen with the following reference: NTL154X3 (made by Samsung). Two weeks ago, that I replaced it with a matte screen with the following PL154W01 (made by LG_Philips).

The laptop works very well since then, but the screen is roughly half as bright as it should.

Play with FN + F6 increase brightness and FN + F7 decrease. The F6 and F7 works in reverse order compared to what they use to be after replacing the screen. In addition, I have to press these buttons to change the brightness intensification or step down.

The first time I push the buttons come from the wheel of the brightness on the screen and the watch moves a bit, but brightness does not change. When I push them again the watch moves again a step upwards (or downwards) and this time the screen illuminate upwards (or downwards).

The replacement screen is not at fault. I think I need to change the inverter on my laptop because it does not provide enough voltage for the matte screen.
I searched the web for days, but it is impossible to find a reference for the inverter be used with the matte screen.

    Can someone help?

    Thank you.

To be honest, I put t know if it s a UPS or problem if you simply used and replaced by a screen is not compatible. Who knows?

But the fact is that all devices (also the FL inverter) and compatible parts can be ordered from the service provider authorized in your country.
Guys might order the parts directly from Toshiba.

Call the technicians and ask a compatible converter for this laptop. In addition, you could ask if you used a good LCD.

    Good luck

  • Tecra M2: Can I replace laptops LCD screen SXGA +.

Anyone know if it is possible to change the standard XGA screen, I have in my Tecra M2 with a screen SXGA +. Do I need to change anything other than the LCD?

    Thank you very much.
    D

    Hello

As far as I know, that laptops come with a different hardware configuration. The same series of laptop computer can be delivered with the screen XGA and SXGA screen +.

I think that you can replace your TFT screen to the other, but the display size should be the same.
    I guess the Tecra M2 needs a 14.1 screen.

But why do you want to replace the laptop screen? First of all, you should know that the replacement of the screen isn't easy and it should be done by a technician or a person who has a good laptop experience. In addition, the new view is not cheap. You have to spend about $ 350 for a new game and I think that it s not worth.

    But it's you choice buddy

My screen iphone6 is cracked and in my country, they can only change the iphone with a new one and with a very high price. Is there anyway that I could replace just the screen?

No, if you want to keep all rights to the service or support from Apple. Not to mention the fact that it then will be bork Touch ID and make the phone unusable if ever, you restore or update of iOS.

Apple doesn't sell parts of the iPhone. There is no legitimate sources for replacement screens.

  • Resolution of the different native screen after replacing the LCD screen

I recently had my HP Pavilion DV7 laptop screen replaced after getting a crack in it. He was sent to HP for repair and she came back yesterday with a new brand, screen exactly like my old. While the screen looks the same as the old, when I started, it is a completely different resolution. On the old screen that broke the (maximum) native resolution was 1600 x 900. However, on the new, the (maximum) native resolution is 1920 x 1080. I'm still able to go back to 1600 x 900, but when I do the text becomes blurry. I suppose I could use the 1920 x 1080, but it would take a lot of time to get used to it, especially since I am using 1600 x 900 for two years. So my question is, why is there another native resolution and is it possible to fix the blur with 1600 x 900? I don't understand why all this is happening, because the screen looks exactly like my old, same size and all. I don't know of changes to software that took place or the other, all what has been messed with to my knowledge was the physical display.

    Thank you!

    Hello:

From the sound of it, HP has replaced your original screen with better resolution by mistake.

There is nothing you can do except to report it to the support of HP and ask to the screen to be replaced by one of the same characteristics as yours, or you will have to get used to the larger screen real estate and more small text and objects, or use a different resolution which may be more attractive to you.

  • I can't well follow-up for the replacement of the screen

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm doing a replacement of the screen of an iPad, and I can't get good enough followed. I use Mocha AE to track the iPad and then pasted these attributes in a new solid layer, then put my video on the solid. But as you can see, my edges are everywhere. It makes me batty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must refine your track in mocha. You don't just have a pretty good track. This is typical for a compressed film, shutter problems and rolling motion blur. It can also occur if you have highlights on the surface you're trying to follow. Personally, I would add 4 grooves in the corners on the same layer, then add the surface and fine tune, do track in Mocha, then refine the audit trail all the latest images, then check it carefully in moka to make sure it is perfect, and then import the data into AE.

Her half of my screen has become fractured (not physically) and can be used. However, through the half of the screen is fine, I was able to use the laptop normally and it seems that no other part of the laptop is damaged. So I was wondering is there somewhere I can buy a new screen or if it can be replaced at all? Thanks for any help!

Altogether. I do it all the time. Where do you live (country)?

This is a LED 15.6 inch 1366 x 768 display and will cost about US $65 if you live in the United States (or Western Europe) and we can provide a manual or a video for instructions on replacing the screen.

This means that the problem is hardware related. An integrated video chip of your laptop system board has problems.

If your laptop is still under warranty that HP can be replaced under warranty. Check the status of the guarantee

You should also check to see if your laptop battery falls under the recall program

If is no longer in warranty, you need to decide when you replace the motherboard of the laptop or possibly having sewn video chip (it is cheaper) is worth the expense. There are online companies who specialize in this type of repair.

What are the chipset and the video chip to the system board from your laptop?

Use CPU-z and GPU-z at the end of this information.

  • Qosmio X 870-replacement of the screen no 3D

    Hello

Broke my screen on a 870 x and I'm looking to replace.
I was wondering if someone could help me to confirm that I am buying the correct screen to 100%...

I was looking at this one:
    http://www.eBay.co.UK/ITM/new-Toshib...item23349975b3

Also, is it possible to put in place this slightly higher res screen in? It has the same dimensions. I saw it for the same price:
    http://www.eBay.co.UK/ITM/17-3-1920x...X%3Cimg%20src=

    Would it not compatible?

    Thank you very much

If the graphics card would be compatible with the display panel resolution, then it should be possible to use the higher resolution display panel. The graphics card must be able to manage the resolution 1920 x 1080 and so I don't see the big questions why such a resolution should not be supported...
It's a matter of graphics card... you know...

With regard to the question of compatibility of Panel:
The Qosmio X 870 was equipped with a LCD color TFT 17.3 "screen...
    Lighting type: LED window

Generally, the distributor of display board should be able to tell if this part would be compatible or not, but according to the information on the ebay page, parts seems to be compatible...

Need information about touch screen not touch conversion. Is this fair?

Thank you for sharing the details of the problem. I want to help you.

As per the technical specifications, HP does not recommend doing this upgrade / downgrade parts or software.

Even then, if you want to do, it will be almost the cost of the computer itself. Not feasible.

It will be in your sole discretion to do so.

I hope this helps. Let me know to learn more.
