  I feel like there must be a simple solution to this problem, but I can't seem to break through.  I'm trying to resize an image, so that it is downloadable in a building of the media programme.  This program does not allow me to import more than 200 K images and then I went to the image resize feature in Photoshop CC.  There, I found under Image > size of the Image, as always, the window that includes the attributes size and the size of the image (which, incidentally, is a psd layer as 'Background').  I change the dimensions of the image, I can get the size of the Image in the window to reduce less than 200 K by changing the resolution, the width and height as needed.  When I save the image as a jpg file, it does not allow the image to be saved as something less than 1.1 M.  In the window options jpeg, the size of the file when saving to a quality of 12 is 1.2 M and 1.1 M to a quality setting of 0.  I must be missing something.  Can someone shed some light on this for me, please?  Thank you!

  Try 'save for web '. You can specify to save an image of the size of the file (photoshop will compress a jpeg file to the minimum amount required to achieve the size) and delete all the metadata (such as the parameters of the camera) that can add to the size of your file.

  Now I increase 1 GB to this data file, so that the total tablespace size is 5 GB.

  reduce the size of 1 GB tablespace and total size is 3 GB, now.
  
  What is the query, to increase the size of the data file, then.

  I suggest to record your actions in Word as the first step. Save them to the size you want to present things in the end. Then, you can resize your project to enlarge. When you resize, Captivate should give you options of where to place the existing part of the project. This would then be a new nice blank space where you can then insert the legends on the left side.

• HP Photosmart print not Web pages, impressions from files registered

  I recently acquired my 1 HP laptop and my husband got me a printer HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m as well, too.  Both are blue tooth.  The installation went smoothly, the test print was perfect.  The wireless connection seems to be established.  The printer appears in my control panel.  This printer is my default printer.

  I am able to print of backup files and photos beautifully.  When I try to print anything on the internet or a saved Web page, it does nothing.   I go to file > print.  The print window appears.  The printer is highlighted.  The status is ready.  When I click on print, the printer icon briefly appears at the bottom of the page and disappears.  The printer does nothing.  That's all.

  It is not my Windows Firewall, because I tried to disable it temporarily, it tries to print a web page, and the problem remains.

  I tried to figure this on my own for 2 days nothing will do. I searched the net trying to find someone with the same problem, but have not found a solution.   Any suggestions?

  My problem is solved.  Given that I've had my laptop for a week, I did a system restore at the start of the first.  Somehow I had turned off the HP Smart Web Printing.  Everything is good!  Thanks for trying to help.

  If all the data in the file is a vector eps, there is nothing to resize. It is mathematical values everything and so will always be of the same size.

  However, you may compress the file with a zip compressor or similar.

  If I understood, please give more details.

• Muse not registering is not the .html files

  I'm working on a site of Muse and Muse is no longer to save newly added files .html on my hard drive.

  When the site updated (after a site-save, with new pages) is open, the new files do appear in outline view, design and preview, but when I use Microsoft search, these files do not appear anywhere on the disk. It's really strange. The files must exist, because they show when the site is open, but simply could not be found on disk.

  I first noticed this behavior when an update of the site via FTP failed to deliver the new files .html or css on the server.

  What is strange, however, is that if I "export to HTML", the appropriate files are created and registered, but only in the "Muse Export" folder - and not where elsewhere.

  I uninstalled Muse, restarted, then re-installed and the behaviour continues.

  I then tried to create a new empty site with only four pages, basic navigation text and a graphic on each page. Under "file, register the site" the operation seems to behave normally, but the new HTML and css files are no where. Again, when I exported the site in html format, the files are created and saved in the MuseExport folder.

  Question: Any thoughts?

  (I also noticed that "export as html" seems to overwrite a previous export even if the domain name that I entered is different. I predicted that the prompt for the domain name in the export process would result in an export of single site in the MuseExport folder. I note that you can change the backup location of the default MuseExport folder, but I was unaware of the potential of data loss until it was all over.)

  Two question: Is there documentation somewhere, other than videos, so I can understand what Muse done before I screw up?

  When you create a new page in Muse, the file is kept in the Muse (YOURNAME.muse) program and will not be registered in a .html page until you export the site through the Manage / publication or file: export as HTML.

• PES 9 - treatment of multiple files - resizing?

  Hello.  When I use the function 'Treat multiple files' to sharpen JPEG files, the processed file is always more small size even though I select 'resize '.  I want to maintain the originl image file size.   BTW, when I do not select the option "Resize", the file size is much smaller than expected.  What I am doing wrong?

  Several files of rather small size of output file default process, unless you check "convert the files to" and that the value Maximum JPEG or high quality.

  I am facing a strange problem here. We had a space problem yesterday ORA-01659: cannot allocate MINEXTENTS beyond 42 in tablespace and I increased the underlying data by using the resize command files. The data files are 1 G earlier and I have them increased to 2G using the command
  ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE 4 resize 2G;
  
  It went well and I saw the free space in my table space. But after that when I try to delete a table using a script that connects to the db as the owner of the schema (the right script selects all the dictionary tables and sinks using the "drop table constraints x cascade", he thorws the following error)

  The only reason why I could think of is the fact that the listener is started with limited to something different to unlimited. The listener to spawn a process dedicated server with the limit, causing the error ORA. When you connect directly, you use the DOB Protocol, which does not use the listener.

  I use a Macbook Air and have downloaded a demo of 14 elements.  I open the JPEG images to my hard drive in the photobin, go to the guided panorama section, select contributor 'auto' and then click 'create panorama '.  It worked well once, but now whenever I get the error message: "Documents must be registered before they can be merged."  They are saved; I have them open directly from my office and not retouched in some way.  I can't get past this message.  Does anyone have advice?  Thank you.

  The documents are NOT saved in the way the Photomerge script looks. The problem is precisely that you "does not modify them in some way.

  You may have noticed that you get this message with files unedited guidance "portrait."

  The reason is that when shooting in "portrait" mode, the camera does not write the pixels vertically, it added a tag metadata to record the orientation of the camera. This editor browsers way and know how to display pixels. When you open, then "Save" or "Save as", the pixels are written in the right orientation and the orientation tag returns to normal. For example, any vertical jpeg created from a raw file will have been edited and 'saved '.

  I checked that the Photomerge process does not require that you open and save these vertical images in older versions (up to PSE10?).

  So, if you intend to make a panorama with vertical photos, the solution is to open and save before you begin the process.

  If you don't the have not yet made, the shortest path seems to start the process of the organiser (menu Edit > panorama).

  You select your files and use the edit mode 'fast' to change something, for example the sharpness. Who saves your files and open them directly in the photobin; they are already selected (white box around the thumbnail in the photobin). Alternatively, you can "export" files of new files in a new folder. Export can also resize your files that may be needed to avoid a result that is greater than the limit of 30 000 pixels, or a lack of RAM for large panoramas.

  How to know if a vertical photo is really 'saved '? Use the options for information about the files in the Organizer. In the metadata > given the camera, scroll down to the size of the image in pixels, the orientation is slightly less (90 or - 90 what the tag).

  If you make many panoramas in vertical mode, you can use the Organizer to save everything quickly.

  Preference, add a tag for the candidates to the panoramas.

  Then looking (in detail) to the "vertical". This will select all the vertical images, be they only tag or already registered.

  Look at the Panel on the right for the orientation data as described above.

  Of course, if you're used to the way of work of panoramas in older versions, it is a good reason to keep the old version alongside your new.
