  You have all other administrator accounts you log on?  If you want to restore your system back to factory settings, you will need to start in your boot options.  In general, each brand has different ways of access to this.  I suggest you look at your owner's manual or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

  b. click Advanced and then click the owner tab.
  c. click on edit and then do one of the following:
  · To change the owner to a user or group that is not listed, click other users and groups and, in the enter the object name to select (examples), type
  name of the user or group and then click OK.
  · To change the owner to a user or a group is listed in the change owner to box, click the new owner.
  d. If you want to take ownership of the contents of the folder, select the replace the owner of sub containers and objects check box.
  e. click OK and then click Yes when you receive the following message is displayed:

  All permissions will be replaced if you click Yes.

  OK, I got this problem. The redirector works now, besides I'm able to synchronize my device with Outlook. What I did uninstall Outlook and then reinstall it. Which corrects the problem. Questions in a trouble... wish that I would have thought of this earlier. Thanks to all who tried to help.

  ISE got Admin GUI and CLI accounts are separate accounts.  Passwords are synchronized during the initial installation.  All other times, it must be done manually.

  The unique password which can be changed via the GUI is the password for the Admin GUI.

  The two passwords can be changed in CLI, but with very different commands.

  To change the password of Admin CLI, simply enter the command password

  To change the password of Admin's GUI, the command is reset-passwd newpassword admin ise application

  However, in your case, you must boot from the DVD of the ISE (or iso, if virtual) and select option 3 or 4 depending on your situation.

So, if you want to connect to the cli shell, you will need to use the username/password you configured during installation.
