Restored to Windows 7 and the network of all the pilots are reported as corrupted!

I gave 10 Windows per week, then restored to Win 7 Home Premium (64-bit). Now all my network drivers as well as my optical drive is marked as non-valid/corrupt.  No access to the network.  CD/DVD be used as boot device (until the operating system gets their hands on it).  To make things worse, either the upgrading or rollback also deleted all system restore points.

As is often the case, the drastic measures aren't necessary if we can just find the 'key '.  While I was ready to start copying files and directories whole at a couple of spare laptops drives dead, made one last attempt and google "Windows 7 limited connectivity network". Bingo. The suggestion struck first, removing the network and reset it from scratch.  Boom! I'm back in business.
