  I understand that you have deleted an e-mail message and are now trying to get it back.  Was the message from a POP or IMAP account?  Depending on the type of account and preferences that you have set, you may be able to retrieve the message if it is still on your email provider's website.  Your profile says you work with OS X Yosemite.  The resources below will explain how to search mail deleted in the Mail application for this operating system.

  To restore a folder bak on the message store folder, first find the location of the message store.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, the .dbx files are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in the Solution Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.

  Close OE and in Windows Explorer, click on the dbx to the file missing or empty file, then drag it to the desktop. It can be deleted later once you have successfully restored the bak file. Minimize the message store.

  Open OE and, if the folder is missing, create a folder with the * exact * same name as the bak file you want to restore but without the .bak. For example: If the file is Saved.bak, the new folder should be named saved. Open the new folder, and then close OE. If the folder is there, but just empty, continue to the next step.

  First of all, check if there is a bak file already in the message. If there is, and you have removed the dbx file, go ahead and rename it in dbx.

  If it is not already in the message, open the trash and do a right-click on the file bak for the folder in question and click on restore. Open the message store up and replace the .bak by .dbx file extension. Close the message store and open OE. Messages must be in the folder.

  If messages are restored successfully, you can go ahead and delete the old dbx file that you moved to the desktop.
   
  If you have not then bak copies of your dbx files in the Recycle Bin:

  A general warning to help avoid this in the future:

  Do not archive mail in default OE folders. They finally are damaged. Create your own folders defined by the user for mail storage and move your mail to them. Empty the deleted items folder regularly. Keep user created folders under 300 MB, and also empty as is possible to default folders.

  Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. I check sql execution history in OEM section monitored sql and and I saw the DB time is around 27 ~ dry only, while the elapsed time is ~ 21hrs, unable to understand why. Also when I checked the gv$ active_session_history I don't have much expectation for this sql query event log, there was minimum queue of events as presence "SQL * Net more data to the client', 'direct path read temp'.» So I was wondering if the DB time is in seconds so why time is so high and what exact thing sql did during this time.

  I think even the stats for the main tables seems bland, but then also the operation should not last for the amount of time (~ 21 hours). Please help me understand the scenario and the action we should take.

  What exact steps do you take?

  Do not use the file > export menu.

  You should be rendering and export by using the render queue. Choose FLV format in the settings of output Module dialog box, and then click the Options of Format. To include the alpha channel in the FLV output, use the On2 VP6 codec and select Encode Alpha channel in the video tab of the export settings dialog box.

  A few suggestions:

  1. to overcome the blocking of root.fpj... organize your project with folders and subfolders, move all your subjects in the files. Don't let not all loose items in the root of the project. Then the root.fpj file should be retrieved when you add/remove/change a top-level project folder. Do not go too deep with folders, however, because you don't want your paths for too long.

  2. the extraction of model... Define your models into read-only. Then no one will check out them! I smile, but I'm serious about this. Set the user rights so that only the administrator (or other special account) can make changes to the models. It is FAR too easy to inadvertently change the templates, and it is indeed a problem even more serious than the lack of access to the models.

  3. can not access the table of contents... There are no that you can do about it. Only one person can work on the table of contents at the same time. Other that in fact a practice of checking files as soon as you are finished with them, all you can do is coordinated with your colleague. "Say, could check you in the .hhc file?   Actually, even if you get executables run again - you can be (read as "will be") better off the coast of a new facility.  Wipe and install media with your product key and other serial numbers and installation for other products media you own and restore your last recognized reliable backup for your files.
