  Database-level logging is minimal logging necessary to capture updates to PK columns. For your INSERTIONS and deletions will get replicated, even if at the level of the array logging is not enabled.
  However, updates of non-PK columns will not be get replicated if the level table record is not enabled.

  The problem here is that you try to use your database of P6 - which has a ranking of CI_AS (case insensitive accents)

  You must create a separate database and not use your P6 for BI Publisher database (actually it is simple is not possible that the BI Publisher database requires accents case-sensitive)

  When you create the new database in SQL Server, you can choose the ranking (go with the Latin 1, general CS_AS)

  While we also, you will need to set the read_committed_snapshot otherwise you will get just in another problem.

  After creating the BI Publisher database in SQL Server and set the correct classification, run the following query

  change the value read_committed_snapshot database on

  Do you think that the very next step before anything else touching the BI Publisher databases as otherwise there will be problems from the read_committed_snapshot because it requires no other access to the database (if the query takes more than 15 seconds, remove the database and start over).

  I tried to install the SP2 for Vista X 64 (KB948465) four times.  The most recent installation attempt failed after
  (1) created a new administrator account and did the following...
  (2) uninstalled CA Antivirus Suite (no other antivirus installed).
  (3) stop the Windows Update service, renamed %windir%\SoftwareDistribution for... \SoftwareDistributionOld, restarted update service, restarted.
  (4) installed and run CheckSur (can provide the journal).
  (5) restarted in clean boot mode.
  6) attempted to reinstall SP2.

  In all attempts, installation seems to be completed, during the restart of the installation of all 3 full updates to 100%.  However, the message then States that the installation failed and the original configuration was recovering.

  This error appears when there is a background running program in the machine, the best option is to shut down the machines all running processes are closed. Restart the machine, it should work.

  You can also kill all processes associated with CC in the monitor activity manager task & then start.

  I try to install SQL Server Compact Edition, as it should be for another program I use. When I run the Setup, I get the following error:

  A little research turned up some basic solutions, none seemed to work. I tried UN / reinstall .net Framework and it still throws the same error. I tried boot minimum, such mode as recommended by one of the KB articles here, and still nothing, so I hope someone can point me in a new direction.

  Yes, the user was already part of the admin groups. In any case, using even install Setup, I was able to install Mirage 5.4 with no problems. Don't know which increased with 5.3.

• Firefox install fails with WIN ME

  I tried to install Firefox 3.5 and 8 on a Win ME - both system fail with "Setup causes an error in the Setup program. Firefox 2 was OK. Firefox messages suggest an update is necessary, but I can not because the installation program does not work.
  I also can not provide FEEDBACK - because it suggests, I need "Last version" which I can't install "simply" as it says on the feedback page. It's a probplem with ME - like the other browsers like IE and Chrome latest versions do not appear to it either... am I stuck with older versions?

  You can try KernelEx for versions of Firefox 3 + to work, but they might be very slow with an old PC less 750 Mhz and RAM.
