• TB31 freezes when I start addressing

  I'm tired of guests to update and updated TB31 17. Under XPpro SP3. Now, when I start typing the first letter in the TO: address field, TB freezes for 1-2 minutes. I'm stuck on the first letter I type each time. If I reboot, this clears the problem for a short time, but it starts again after a few emails. So it's your time, I use Gmail for my outgoing email. • RoboHelp freeze when opening project

  Dear community of users of RoboHelp,

  I recently moved from RoboHelp7 to RoboHelp8.0.2 and I am facing very slow performances at the opening project (over an hour)

  The project is big enough and was damaged. I was wondering if there is a utility, or to perform operations that would allow me to set the project and be able to work again!

  Welcome to the community.

  Try to close the project, deleting the CPD file and then reopen the project. Do not delete the XPJ file as well.

  Let us know if it improves things.

• My Sansa e260 seems to freeze when I start. Help, please?

  For the last two days, my Sansa e260 refused to start completely. It starts, goes to the black screen that sansa logo and then freezes. I took out the battery and turned it works a couple of times. I even let the batteries run out and reload it later to see if that would help. (he didn't)

  You may have a bad file that confuses the firmware as it tries to start.

  Can connect you to your computer? (Preferably in MSC mode.)

  If this does not work, you will have to Format and delete all of your files. (If you can connect, make copies first - but when you reload, reload only a little at a time if you don't put a bad once again.)

  If you can establish a connection to MSC, right click on the drive of the unit (X (any letter): Sansa E200) and choose the Format to FAT32.

• Still freezes when the Blue Ray project tyrying

  I'm doing my first burn Blu Ray and am having some problems...

  I have my images and uses Dynamik Link to send to yet... when options still to come, here is what I have chosen.

I told them no, I didn't spend $200.00 for them to fix and remove the problem that was to have my old pc of 3 months. I went back picked it up and they said well we have windows to start up, but does not remove the virus, well after returning home and running analysis trend micro system with microsoft security essentials and CC Cleaner full nothing was found on my system. I only got lock up once on me over the last 4 weeks Ive got back, but when I went on the best shopping site I noticed that most of the people who gave user reviews and booought this portable paticular all have something in common pc freezes when windows start right at the point where the screen is about to go to windows and he said wait a moment before it switches on your office. Please if anyone knows why or what's going on with this portable paticular or can give some help or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.   Do you have the drivers updated through windows update? If so bad move, all drivers must come from Lenovo.

  I can no longer use this app.  It was broken for me for a while, but I was hoping this would be patched.  Actually, when I start a project all my photos appear to be available but the thumbnails are blank.  Even if I click on a blank thumbnail, it is unable to load the file.  Pointers?  PS: If someone is seen 'contact support' don't.  There is none.  Fight you your way through options, etc and it will send you here

  I think remember something that allow an application to access the film through its privacy settings, even if I can't find right now. Have you tried?

  I know it says at the bottom of your post you have 9.3.1 but check the settings > general > topic and see what iOS, you're on.

  My satellite developed a strange absence of the module.

  When the laptop is connected to the charger it does not start. LEDs light up, keyboard blinks once and the screen is bright, but it is completely empty (no Toshiba logo, no bios, nothing).

  There is however no problem when I start the system on battery (charger unplagged). If I plug the charger at any time during the startup of the system it freezes immediately. It does not strike, the mouse pointer does not move and the blue lights are solid. However the battery LED turns orange. I get the answer only to keep the power button down for 4 seconds - how well be able to disable.

  When I restart the laptop on the battery then only Vista starts without problems.

  Does anyone have an idea, what could cause this problem, switch power supply, motherboard, charger? Is there an easy fix for this?

  Could you please say how Toshiba deposit would charge to fix it?

  Are you using the original Toshiba AC/DC adapter or is it a 3rd party charger?
  Can you charge the battery while the laptop is turned off?

  It is certainly a hardware malfunction, but either it s caused by AC/DC adapter itself or mainboard (load control).

  I put t know how much it cost to fix this problem, but just ask an authorized service provider. Guys you can make an offer how much it cost, and they must determine the laptop before determining what part needs to be replaced. ;)

  I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 9 in RoboHelp 2015, and I have installed all updates. I use WebHelp output for most of my projects. I would like to use the new features of HR 2015, specifically the release of HTML5 sensitive; However, when I open a project created with RH9, this type of output is not available. This type of output, and many others is not listed as options can I choose from eBook including HTML5 Multiscreen, and others. I tried to create a new project with HR 2015, and import my RH9 project files, but the sensitive HTML5 output and others remained unavailable. Are there settings I can change into my existing project or HR 2015 in order to use these features and new types of output? Recreate all the subjects in HR 2015 seems to be a very undesirable solution.
