• Firefox crashes or freezes when opened. Help, please!

  My firefox does not open. I have been using Firefox without problems for years until yesterday. I have a Mac OS X 10.10.3. Whenever I open Firefox, it immediately crashes or freezes. I have to go to my dock to "force quit" Firefox. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Firefox 38.0.1 several times and no luck. I tried to start Firefox in "safe mode" and as soon as my default screen opens (Yahoo.com) and when I click on anything, whether it's freezing immediately again.

  I'm not able to get Firefox open enough before it freezes to be able to go to 'preferences' to try to change or remove cookies or anything else.

  Also, I had hundreds of bookmarks, when I get Firefox and running, is there a way to recover these bookmarks?

  Currently, I am forced to use Safari which is horrible. Help, please!

  You do not create another account on the computer. You're doing a
  new user of Firefox with your own user account profile. Firefox may have
  many profiles under the same user account.

• My sansa e260 suddenly is energized when I press the power button. Help please

  Hey, today my 260 just stop feeding up out of nowhere. I don't have the latest version of the software package, and when I tried the update, he couldn't. It lights up when I connect the usb cable, but not when its disconnected. Before this he repeated bad tracks on all my songs even if their were not all and kept cutting. • RoboHelp freezes when I start my project

  Hello
  I'm testing RH7 to determine if I'll update. Although I could open my project initially, RoboHelp often frozen, but now it will not even open my project. When I try RoboHelp hesitates for a few minutes and then reports that "RoboHelp Explorer is unable to start Microsoft Word". This happens even if Word is already running. I am able to open the project example of HR, and when I do, I noticed that a RoboHelp menu item is displayed in Word that does not appear when RoboHelp opens Word to open my project. I'm stuck. I tried the repair installation process in the dialog box uninstall, but that made no difference. Can someone advise?

  Thank you for your help. Changing the security setting has not changed behavior, but I think I solved the problem with a response from Brian on this forum who sent me looking in the right direction when he gave me a clue on a VB type mismatch error that I was getting too. I found the solution in the Word startup folder where deleting some models apparently corrupt or delete the normal.dot template (or both) seemed to have solved the problems, at least temporarily. I see no longer gel HR or model detach or macro or VB errors.

I only got lock up once on me over the last 4 weeks Ive got back, but when I went on the best shopping site I noticed that most of the people who gave user reviews and booought this portable paticular all have something in common pc freezes when windows start right at the point where the screen is about to go to windows and he said wait a moment before it switches on your office. Please if anyone knows why or what's going on with this portable paticular or can give some help or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.   Do you have the drivers updated through windows update? If so bad move, all drivers must come from Lenovo.

  Where did you got the MicroSD card to? If it is on ebay, you are sure that it is really a 32 GB card? How much did you pay for this? If you have paid for a really cheap price, almost-too-good-to-be-true, then you probably have a fake. Many people have been scammed lately because of this.

  Too good-to-be-true is nothing less than $80 (like around $40). I paid $40 for my 16 gb, so if you find a 32 GB for this amount, it is definitely a scam.

  I just bought a Sansa e260 MP3 player. I have connected to my PC around 16:00, and it is now about 19:00 and the device is always showing the bit at the bottom right - battery indicator green flashing: past left right and to the right of the battery icon, there is a constant display of what appears to be a lighter yellow icon.

  Can someone please tell me how do you know when the battery is fully charged to the top?

  Hello, I bought 2 Sansa e260 player of Tiger Direct in January. One as one gift, one for my son. We work very well, but the other will not charge. I now have the element of return.  Since he ordered last January, was referred by Tiger to Sansa support.

  When plugged into the computer, it displays a battery icon green on the player, but when he unplugged everything just stops due to the insufficient battery charge.

  I am having major problems with my sansa e260. I've had for over a year with no problems, but now I am unable to sync with Windows Media Player. When I sync the songs to the player, and then when I try to play the title, it says bad track. I tried to delete all the music from him, but my files are stuck with random files with names of symbols such as "yg" E "which cannot be deleted. They take on nearly 2.5 from my memory and I can't delete them. It almost seems like a virus, and I download all my music legally through Napster. • Why TB does not freeze when I click on account settings? (Goes from bad to worse!)

  A few days ago, I posted a question about migration backup emails in TB. I got help, but not a definitive answer to my problems. Unfortunately, my wife and I seem to have created an additional problem which must be resolved before we return to the issue of migration of file. Now, TB freezes when I try to check the settings of an account. This may be due to our attempt to copy an old e-mail folder (file .sbd), in my current profile. That's how it happened:

  We copied a saved .sbd folder to
  C:\Users\FF\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\pnp8j2nf.default\Mail\Local records
  We have not seen any change in TB.

  Then, in TB, we created a folder under local folders, giving it the same name as the .sbd that we had copied. The content become so visible in TB.

  When I tried to check the settings of an account, TB has frozen. Restart TB did not help. Then we tried to go back to our previous steps by deleting the folder newly created in TB and .sbd file in local folders. I restarted TB and PC, but TB still freezes when we try to check the account settings.

  Think that we could have corrupted profile, we also renamed the 8 character profiles .default under C:\Users\FrankF\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles and C:\Users\FrankF\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles, hoping TB would generate a new profile, but now the TB does not start without the profile.

  We wonder if we should remove profiles.ini or remove its contents to force TB to create a new profile. Any advice on which are originally the gel and how to fix? Thanks in advance.
