• Close the second round table

  Thanks to this forum, I learned a lot lately

  Now, I have this little problem that I can not rosolvere:

  I created a panel that opens another Panel

  The problem is that if I want to close the second panel with the close button which does not close

  to close the second Panel, I have to click x at the top of the page sx mac

  How can I do to close the Panel by clicking directly on the end?

  Oh dear.  It turned into a terrible mess of a thread with opinions and advice.    You do your layout with Word.  In my experience, Word is a nightmare when it comes to positioning many areas of text and images.

  You shouldn't have changed the Word document in a JPG file, because the text all which perfectly progressive, which would be printed to "all" size without loss of image quality, then became an image file.  But if you "had" to make it a JPG, just about the worst possible way to do this is with the Snipping Tool, because the resulting image would have only the resolution of your computer screen.  Dows following?

  How big are the pictures you used in Word?  They probably didn't need to be very large, because each image is only an impression at a relatively small size.

  First thing to try is to open the Word Document and save in PDF format using the Standard option (after you select Save as PDF

  It will keep the text in the form of scalable vector objects which allows printing at any size.  However, I don't have the knowledge of how Word uses images.  I just did a little test, and while I could zoom in to see in the text, I'm not sure that the same is true of the images.  Depends on word refers to the image of the player, or he brings as an object of frame size, and I suspect it's the latter.  You need to do some research on it, because it might make you save a lot of time.

  You have Publisher?  Editor certainly reference the drive images, and friezer downsize to fit the page.  I suspect that you can import a Word into Publisher document, which would put you best part of the way with it.  I would like to test it, but I use it as a loyal user of Adobe InDesign.   If you are forced to restart, then editor or InDesign would be lot better, but it's doable with Photohop.  Just make sure that you start with enough pixels, which means 36 inches at 300 dpi or 10 000 square pixels.  When did save as PDF using the preset high quality printing, and ask your color printer (probably just use sRGB)

  I'm creating a timesheet that will complete (I hope) (calculated from the time you enter) hours at a quarter of an hour.  I have it in the first line of the work table, however, since it is a dynamic array, copy this number down to the rest of the lines when they are added.  I have a script knowledge, I am looking for help on fixing my code so that each line round the correct number.

  I don't know how to really put into words, so the link to my form is above.  I'm looking for the code for Table1.Row1.hours.

  The issue was that you were using absolute references in the hours field: "form1.page1.Table.Table1.Row1.Hours" (or something like that).

  When it comes with repetition of lines, if you referred to just the name of the field in your script, then each instance of this line will know that the script makes reference to the object on its own line: "hours".

  Also in your script you do the same calculations several times. I recommend that you do the calc once and assign to a variable. Then, you use the variable.

  Hi there, I'm designing a new application.  I have two main panels, each displayed on a single PC monitor.  I have a third panel that displays detailed data common to both of the first two panels.  This third panel is a Panel, such that it must submit its fields updated in the Panel of the appellant.

  I prefer open this same third panel from the first two panels.  But to do this, I need to know which of the two panels opened the third.

  How would I go to do this withouth making a global variable?  This would be a case of use callbackData?  If so, I'm not clear how to on this subject.

  I see a problem in your code.

  In the reminder of the appellant, you set the callbackData Panel.

  This means that, in a reminder of command, you should retrieve this value, which is different from the callbackData command you receive in the callback. To recover the callbackData Panel you must do something like this (I have no installation CVI for now to test):

  Finally, comparing callbackData value (that you set for a simple '1') of PANEL_1, which I assume is a name of constant sign is not good: PANEL_1 can be equal to '1' by accident and this can change if you change the order of z-plan of the panels.

  I feel that I'm missing something obvous, but...

  I create a runtime for the secondary menu (the user can access by the secondary name, for example, a right-click if a Subvi is loaded in high school). I'm going to the event loop, so I can program the DURATION menu action and... I can't find anything that resembles the activation of the secondary menu: shortcut. Where can I program this?

  The screenshot of the dialog new event is attached. It has the VI, the pane and controls * excluding * the sub-panels (I have four, expansion of the façade). Any ideas?

  This is correct, there is no event for high school because it is a special type of controls. Most of the time, the events unfolding on the sub-panels are actually the events that must be handled by the VI inserted in the secondary.

  Register dynamically is an option, but right now (2013 SP1), there is an open on LV CAR crashing into the execution of event Selection (User) Menu (which is necessary after the Activation of the Menu?). To assistance from 2012 and earlier results also on a crash on any event filter...

  You will probably need to find another way to circumvent :-)

• [AI - CS5] Unable to capture closed / hide round table.

  Hi all

  I use flex for my illustrator plugin Panel. I want to show a msg if the cover is closed.

  I registered StateChangeEvent.WINDOW_CLOSE StateChangeEvent.WINDOW_HIDE in PanelInit(), but I am unable to receive the call.

  Here is the code I use to register.

  CSXSInterface.getInstance () .addEventListener (StateChangeEvent.WINDOW_CLOSE, PanelClose);

  CSXSInterface.getInstance () .addEventListener (StateChangeEvent.WINDOW_HIDE, PanelHide);

  However, in the case of StateChangeEvent.WINDOW_CLOSE me I call only if illustrator is closed and the Panel is open.

  Please suggest how to defeat?

  In my view, that it is a bug in Illustrator CS5. Because the panels is only hidden (rather than truly closed) when the user clicks to close, the close event does not fire. I think it's unique to Illustrator and it should be fixed for CS6.

  Meanwhile there is this somewhat ugly workaround solution, where you can set a timer to query the visible property of a window, which reflects accurately if the Panel window is visible (unlike private property, which as you pointed out is "false" until the Illustrator himself closes) intermittently.

  I want to process the table in a way so that it returns a table with the frequencies-more-than-resolution deleted while at the more-than-resolution-frequencies only maintain the highest and delete the rest.

  In the table above, I've separated the elements to indicate the Group of frequencies forming 'more-than-resolution-frequencies' example 1 k, 2 k, 3 k are more-than-resolution-frequencies

  The resulting table should look like.

  In the example above, there are 3 groups of frequencies ilustration purposes, but it could be any number.

  Round table and removing duplicates close brings the result but this adds an error equal to the resolution.

  It depends on what version of OBIEE you are editing well and the locale set to Excel.

• All gone VMFS Partition tables! on LUN

  Today, we had a 20 TB of data problems and all partition tables VMFS got blownen now. All ESX servers were not able to see the data stores. Everything is back to normal now, but I have a question, not even a VM has stopped working? How is that possible? VMware said eventually they would have all the blue screen, but the LUN was down to 2-4 hours and not even a VM is down, we have more than 300 + VM can someone explain how it worked?   I guess they were running in the memory cache and depending on the amount of data is being written depends on when they started bluescreen? How does it work?  I am pleased, that was the case...

  Discover the recovery VMFS partitions for assistance. SMV will stay running because they know where they write on the disc through a caching mechanism. The disk data were not deleted, only the partition table.

  How can we copy and paste the same on each of the 3 panels in a brochure? I do ultimately a card that is 1/3 of an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper, so I just copy and paste the same thing in each of the 3 panels brochure.

  Choose one of the tri-fold various models of brochures in v5.6.2 Pages. I chose the elegant Brochure from.

  Systematically, I removed all the text boxes and placeholder images until I found myself with three beige panels and floral decoration at the bottom of each Panel. The panels are each locked 'x' and you can unlock the bottom of tab reorder. Once they are unlocked you can add content, in this case identical to the text boxes to contain your text added.

  I chose to enable the two checkboxes in the preferences Pages: leadership: Alignment Guides, as you will discover, these dynamic guides will help duplicating and aligning your first text box in the first round table with its duplicates positioned in two other panels.

  So I start with an empty first Panel, insert and adapt a text box to fill about 90 percent of the space and ending just above the floral design. I copy/paste of the text in the first text box and apply the formatting appropriate to my goal of the appearance. Click the text placeholder in the other two panels and BACKSPACE to remove. Press the option key, then drag/duplicate the first text box to each of the remaining panels. This is where the dynamic alignment guides will prove their worth. Then I selected all the panels beiges and them locked again. Click on the following to enlarge.
