  I have this problem since I installed new software on my Qosmio G10 yesterday. It's called Magix Video deLuxe 2005/2006. When I uninstalled the new software, Live TV still does not work.

  I also tried to reinstalled the video driver and the TV Tuner, but the error is still there.

  I would say that the software that you install is not compatible with Windows MCE. It is possible and the cause likley.   I use a Qosmio G10 for 4 years now. I just got a new motherboard installed 2 months. This morning the display begins to act weird.
