  I've upgraded to El Capitan this afternoon on my MacBook Pro (late 2011 version) and since then have been essentially unable to use Safari as it freezes several times, forcing me to force to leave every time. I noticed that others on the Board had listed their etrecheck results, so mine are below.

  It has been quite frustrating - Safari was my go - to browser and seems today almost no functional for me. (Firefox works fine, no problem, then what is it with Safari?)

  Hi, I bought a HP ENVY 700-149 days ago and right out of the box it freezes several times every 10-15 minutes that it is in use.

  I downloaded and installed Lightroom and Photoshop CC, a week or two there, as a monthly subscription.  Photoshop works very well. Lightroom becomes inadmissible, whenever I use it.  Message is "Lightroom not responding."  I have to close and restart. Sometimes it works 15 seconds before freezing, and sometimes it's 15-20 minutes walk.  Frost occurs most often with the switch of library to the develop module. I completely uninstalled Lightroom yesterday, stopped and restarted the computer and reinstalled.  Still does the same thing without change. Install the last updated yesterday and have rebooted at least 10 times today. I'm about to go back to Photoshop Elements for the Organizer, and edit it in Photoshop CC, but this clearly isn't the way it should be or what I pay for.

  Operating system is Windows 10. Memory is 16 GB. Main hard for programs and the OS disk a car of TB with 60% free space. The processor is Intel i5.   All images are stored on two other internal hard drives that are data only.

At first I thought as this only, when I don't click or move the mouse for over 1 minute, but that for now the problem appears also when I click or write something. I very rarely use this laptop, but as you can imagine it is very annoying and it is that I can not trust this laptop computer and the data on it. Maybe you know what are the causes of the problem or maybe some new drivers have been released to remove this problem?

  I use PremierePro CS4.  I have an animation synchronized to the lip, but I would change the "timing" for the video (audio and video) to introduce a few breaks at specific points in the dialogue.  I have divided the main audio and video in several small clips (always on the same channel of the timeline).

  Now I need to extend the last image of two of these clips, so a single image will hold for a second or two until the audio and lip-syncing return pick up.

  I tried the clips click right and using Frame hold with outpoint together, but who don't seem to do anything.  I still have an empty space with none of the pictures where I separated the clips.  If I drag the marker of the harvest at the end of the clip to fill this gap, there are n the framework of the holding, the lip synch animation continues to play forward.

  Can someone explain if stick Frame is the tool to use for my problem and how to use it the right way?  (Or suggest another method is more appropriate)

• Qosmio X 500 freezes randomly

  Toshiba Qosmio x 500
  Processor: Intel Core i7 Q720 CPU @ 1.60 Ghz
  Chipset family: GenuineIntel 1600
  Memory: 8180 MB
  Local drivers: 2 x Hitachi (466 GB)
  Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTS 360M 1024 MB card

  I bought this laptop around February 2010. In recent months, I have this problem that my system keeps freezing on randomly. It is completely independent on what I do. Although it seems to be more when I do heavy activities such as game or multiple websites, etc. both. It just stops, I can't do anything, not even my mouse cursor moves more. I have to do a hard reboot.

  When I do a hard reboot immediately after the shot to the top then it crashes again before loading windows. When I wait a few minutes then I can just start to my windows without hanging screen. It seems, until it freezes, it will freeze several times again this day here.

  Some days it don't hang up even when I played games. But lately, it's worst when I installed the older video driver from toshiba (I was told that it is better than the drivers more recent nvidea now). Also when I was in the bios, it is used to freeze, but lately, it doesn't happen more. When I play a game my cpu temperature is just allowing them to 100 degrees. I think my gpu is around 50-60. I don't think that's normal too.

  But like I said this isn't when its at its highest temperature that clings, sometimes he hangs up when his degree only 75 for example.

  If I'm right there are 2 fans working on the back of this laptop. And I don't know about you, but it seems to me only the left one works? Most of the heat is comong out on the opening, while the right little to no opening left. I hope that it's a hardware problem, so I can call free repair on insurance. I did a clean install some time ago, the problem is not going away. I also clearly the dust at the back (to the extent possible) with a vacuum cleaner.
