  Safari 9.1.1. : I was a change in editing very simple bookmark to bookmark files - by changing the order of the folders so a folder was closer to the top of the list because of its importance for me.   Received an error message that says could not do it because the favorites were the synchronization, please try again in a few minutes.  WAITED 5 minutes and moved the folder closer to the top of the list.  However, when I opened that folder of bookmarks, the bookmarks disappeared.  It happened after the synchronization message.  What is causing this glitch and do for restore missing bookmarks

  You can only restore the entire file of bookmarks to a previous state. It is not possible to restore the individual bookmarks.

  Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select, then copy it to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination:

  Quit Safari.

  in the Finder menu bar. Paste it into the text box that opens by pressing Command + V, then press return.

I know how to export Safari bookmarks in Safari bookmarks html file, but how do to the account on another iPhone iCloud?  Would be sharing family take care of this?

  Why not to export the bookmarks in a folder on one of the workstations, then after logging in with the ID you want to sync, transfer it into the folder recorded in the ID?

  Hello, all the

  Out of nowhere, one of my main folders Safari bookmarks disappeared. I'm a fairly knowledgeable Mac user and have no idea how they were deleted.

  I do usually external manual backups readers when I did some import an audio works and not very often otherwise (if I don't have a backup from a few months ago) but I added several important bookmarks since it went past 'poof '. It is also a way of saying that I have never set up Time Machine.

  So, how can I restore my bookmark.plist over current (tonight) without Time Machine. I know that Firefox - when I used to use it - kept many old .plists and you could scroll just to find later. It seems that Safari would keep much as well even without Time Machine configuration. At least I hope so.

  Hi all

  I got the malware darn 'snap-do' on my Firefox, so I tried to uninstall completely the FF and then re - install to fix the problem... but just, which led to the issue of Firefox now not being able to find my old profile.

  I am receiving the error message;
  "Could not load your Firefox profile. It may be missing or inaccessible. »

  I know there are a lot of other discussions about this, but they all point toward the direction of creating a new profile using the following method: "launch the Run dialog box, type: firefox.exe - p...» ».
  When I try this if I get the same error as before.

  In short, I absolutely cannot find the file "profile.ini" and am assuming that there is more on my system.

  Reinstall of Firefox is not normally solve anything, as most of the problems are confined to the profile. You can use the reset Firefox feature instead, which retains essential data such as bookmarks and passwords.

  I don't know where they have appeared. My Safari is enabled in the settings of iCloud, I delete them and they come back a few seconds. Even renamed puts back them to their original name. I do not think that default Safari bookmarks should contain these files especially the Games folder.

  I tried to disable Safari in iCloud and empty my favorites then, but once I turn on Safari in iCloud settings, these files continue to come back.

  Is there a way to delete these files? What is? Is there a way to reset the bookmarks in iCloud because I don't have a lot of bookmarks?

  Recently, whenever I've updated my file of Muse and then exported and then downloaded via SFTP on my server, my pages Web load slowly and the browser opens with two error messages.   Thank you for helping me check on this issue. I spent the better part of two weeks racking my brains out on what was the cause of the error message. According to me, what it boiled down to a faulty firewall on the server of our hosting provider. He was blocking the movement of our own office, causing the site to not load completely. Since my webhost has adjusted the firewall settings and the site load very well now. It turns out that the problem began minutes after we downloaded news that we had designed in Muse. So, our first thought was that we had damaged our Muse file somehow. But thank God it was a firewall issue instead.

  The message means that you have two versions to Pages installed on your MacBook - the current v3.6 pages and previous Pages ' 09.

  Pages ' 09 files are 'packages' and include the file index.xml "missing."

  Pages v3 records in a different file format, one that does not use an index.xml file.

  Pages ' 09 tries to open that file, where the message.

  Exit Pages ' 09. Double-click the file, and it should open in v3 Pages.

  If you would prefer to continue to use the ' 09 Pages (many people, due to many features supported in the ' 09 Pages that are not is v3 Pages), then for this file and others that have been opened in page v3, you can open each in v3, and then export the file in the format of Pages ' 09.
