Sansa c240 1 g

I have a download of media which is stuck on my player. I deleted all my pictures of songs everything, but it will come off do - not what I do.

Can someone tell me what is happening with that. I downloaded a lesson plan (book) in my drive and when I try to delete it doesn't come off, in fact, it shows my drive as being empty. Does make sense.

I chose accidentally Spanish at the start of my don't = w Sansa c240. I want to access the settings page to change the language. I need assistance to access this setting. Help, please. I don't want to format.

Switch on your player and go into the settings menu (it looks like an equalizer). Get off at the fourth option, "Idioma". That's Spanish for 'language '. The first item on the list of languages is English.

  • Sansa c240 causes Windows Media Player down

I am desperate for help.  I have been using my c240 (version 01.01.07P) for about 10 months now to listen to audio books from our public library.  The library uses a program called OverDrive Media to download the tracks and transfer them to the device.  LMOS relies on Windows Media Player (I got WMP11 since its release).  When I downloaded a new book a few days ago and tried to transfer it, I kept getting error messages that apparently referred to DRM issues.  I tried to download a different book, tried the fixes the error troubleshooting site advocated, and now, as soon as I plug my c240, it causes WMP11 to stop working completely.  I am at a loss if it is a problem of device or Microsoft.  WMP11 works very well if the appliance is not plugged in, so I suspect that maybe it's the unit.  Any thoughts?  I can't drag and drop the audiobook files because they are .wma files and apparently converts all LMOS by transferring.  I appreciate any idea that someone could offer.

Well, the problem is solved, it turns out that it was a problem with Windows Media Player.  Apparently, when I have updated the firmware on my c240, DRM of WMP because the new configuration as a potential threat.  DRM files have been corrupted somehow and a helpful person on the Windows Media Group has the fix, although it took several tries and about 2 days to understand.

  • Sansa Media Converter and MPEG-4 video?

    Hey.

So I got a new Sansa Fuze this morning (very nice, an improvement over my old C240) and I got my whole music library on my player. Around 390 songs.

I decided to throw some videos I have on the player, but they are all mismatched videos of various size and format. So I tried to treat them well my STROKE (Video converter) all morning to get a format suitable - I use MPEG-4 codecs, as the box says that's what he supports.

Windows Media Player (which I hate, but to use the "sync" function) or does not support the videotype itself or even said that the player refuses the video and that its not able to convert.

Thus, after exhausting the formats AVI, WMP, MP4 and MPEG-4 Mobile, I discovered frustratedly I need to use the Sansa converter. And the link to it here, apparantley, broken.

So, can someone tell my where I can get the conversion software?

You must use software update to get it. They began to do this in order to follow the downloads. What I did was to install the software update, download SMC, then uninstall the update.
