  Your motherboard is dead or one or two modules of memory are defective.
  If new modules of RAM don t help you, I guess that the motherboard must be replaced.

  I have a Satellite A135 with windows vista and I have not used in more than a year.
  I went to use it today and it turns on but the screen is blank. I can't even see not the bios.

  I tried the usual things, connect to a monitor, removed the chip of ram from the back and tried another one, I also tried power alternative only with no luck.

  I was working on my computer since my last question, but (almost) nothing has changed.
  The problem:
  My laptop is booting, but only on very rare occasions.
  What can happen:
  -l' screen stays black (almost 50% of cases)
  -L' splash screen (Toshiba - in touch with tomorrow) becomes visible and nothing happens then (40%)
  -Notepad starts "correctly" (10%)

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A200-1BW model that frooze all to use and would not start again.
  I have checked all the power drive options very well.

  I have the blue AC power led on and the orange light but pc does nothing. I tried to power up without battery with AC, but always the same question.
  No fans don't come on etheir. PC won't in the start-up phase, and nothing appears on the screen that is constantly empty.

  I don't get the HDD 200 GB startng so I swapped it for a work of identical spare but the pc still does not start.

  You must press F12 on startup in the start menu. Select CD/DVD and then Notepad will start on DVD player.

  If it still does not respond, your recovery disc may be defective.

  This system worked before Windows 8.1 it has been upgraded to Windows 10 last year. It's my boyfriends computer and last night it kept getting blue screen dreaded with errors on his hard drive.   I'm afraid that the PC is now a useless paperweight because of the BIOS update has failed.  There is usually no recourse other than to replace the motherboard.

  tried, nothing worked so I uninstalled office and re-installed from disc. Explorer 8 still does not work, but I uninstalled a with explore 7 updates and automatic update started and explore 7 worked. Thought I'd try installing explore 8 new. It worked, even if it failed with the Download Manager. Now all back to normal. I would be careful about the use of EMET, unless you know exactly what you are doing. Not a lot of faith in either the Download Manager.

  Apparently, the crsservice wants to start under the user account DCOZEELAND\DBA. The service in the Windows services manager is configured to log on under a local system account (??). How can it be changed that indead service will open a session under a local system account. The account he uses is the local account under which I installed the oracle software.
