  I have problem with external monitor on Toshiba Satellite A100-784.

  _Problem 1: _
  External monitor blinks as a flag up and down when the adapter is connected to the laptop.
  What laptop works on this medication batery is ok. What is the problem of my od my laptop power adapter (graphics card) od something else?

  When I use samsung 22 "on batery then monitor does not Flash as a flag but pixels moves randomly left or right. I try to find new drivers for my graphics 945GM card, but on the toshiba support page there is an old drivers which was already instaled on my laptop.

  So, if you have any suggestions for me for problem 1 or 2 Please help a cant use my monitors :(

  I have a Satellite A100-451 (UK) running Vista. I want to connect external speakers. There is a "headphone" Jack on the front (3.5 mm jack I think), can I connect external speakers here? The speakers are "PC Line" with their own power supply and also have a 3.5 mm jack plug).

  Recently, I bought 2 memory modules (DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM 667 Mhz 2 GB each) and put them in my laptop
  (Satellite A100-451 reference: PSAARE-04501SEN)

  But Windows and laptop say Everest has only 3 GB of memory total.
  Memory modules have been checked in HP Pavilion dv6820ea, then memory has been recognized as 4 GB.

  Anyone know what is the problem and how to solve?

  I found some info that the rotation of the HARD drive is 4200 RPM. I'm not sure 100% on speakers but usually if laptop a harman/kardon speakers it is not in the specification but for A100-451, it is not the case. This info, you can get the garage directly.

  BT is not available, and it shouldn't surprise you because most of the A100 models are supplied without BT module. You can use any time key USB BT. IT is simple to use and really cheap.

• Satellite Pro U200: external monitor goes to lower resolution

  I plugged my U200 an external monitor.

  But it does not display at 800 x 600. The monitor is capable of 1024 x 768 (I used it on another laptop as this res.)

  On CP, the extended monitor is set to 1024, (Display icon), but on the Intel GMA driver for Mobile icon, when I go into the display settings for the monitor it allows me to select 1024 but when I apply I reset it to 800.
