  I decided to get any help here, after almost a week of fighting with the upgrade of my Satellite L70-A-118 with a SSD internal SiliconPower. Drive HARD conventional is installed, everything is perfect and computer starts every time.   This error message means that an incorrect boot order is set and the computer tries to start between LAN port to the internal HARD disk space. It should therefore go into BIOS setup and change the boot order. Put the HARD drive as the first boot device internal.
