Satellite L755 - 17Q - breaks of each network card in 5 minutes

5-minute breaks my network card.
I then troubleshoot my network card and apparently it gets 'fixed', however in another 5 minutes it will be broken again.

Here is the report of troubleshooting:
(Sorry for making a pastebin... The forum has a character limit :/)

I tried to uninstall the driver and then put it back without success.
I have reset my actual router a number of times.

The 3 network cards I have are:
Controller of Atheros AR8152/8158 PCI - E Fast Ethernet (NDIS 6.20)
Atheros AR9002WB-1NG wireless network adapter
Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport adapt

I tried to disable the microsoft card but I have also had no success with it.

Another problem I have is with the generic Bluetooth adapter.
He can't settle...

Thanks for any help!

> My NIC 5-minute breaks.

I assume you are talking about wireless network card / adapter.

The same happens using LAN?

According to the troubleshooting report, there was a problem with the access point or wireless adapter.

This means that your WLan router could also be the troublemaker.

I recommend you to reset the router and reinstall and update the Wlan card driver

  • Recovery for Satellite L755 - 17Q

First of all, I want to say that I am completely useless with computers.

I have used the product recovery CD, followed all the steps, it took like 30 minutes. And then he did. After that it's over, he had a number of problems that have emerged:

    Windows is not genuine?
Card network finds no internets? Need to install a driver?
Screen resolution does not have the correct option.
It is a strange version of windows 7, the bits where windows is rights are all color and are not translucent. - But I don't know if this has to do with 32-bit and 64-bit, whatever they may be.
^ I realized that I now have 32 bit downloaded on this computer, when it is actually a 64-bit.

I posted on the forums US and realize that I used the wrong CD, the CD I used was a cover for a X L500-19.

Not sure if I use the right disk, as I have 2 laptops from toshiba.
On the disc, it says GMR410014EN0
Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit
    CD9D125073
Support for these products provided by Toshiba Europe GmbH

A little more information... I don't know if I created this "recovery means" just noticed the 2nd time, that have an effect on the result?

    > Just a little more information... I don't know if I created this "means of recovery.
What to say after reading this?
So let's ' s be clear now: according to the specifications of the laptop your Satellite L755 - 17Q shipped with preinstalled WIN7 64-BIT HOME PREMIUM and without recovery disk. Recovery disk must be created by the owner of the laptop. If you n t have it and you want to install the original image of recovery for L755 - 17Q you must order on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

If you have laptop model why discuss this topic on the American forum? European models don t have nothing to do with the American models, the U.S. or American support.

What do you do now? Be clear with your answer and we'll try to help.

  • Virus has damaged Satellite L755 - 17Q - now cannot load

    Satellite L755 - 17Q

I accidentally downloaded a virus, that virus I think and then turned off my computer and now once I try to load it, the Toshiba screen appears, but then the screen goes black with just a small bar flashes in the upper left corner. I gave this administrator rights program because I thought it was safe. Now I can't use my laptop, what should I do?

    Any help is appreciated.

    PS I'm rubbish with computers.

It depends on you. You have some important data stored on the HARD drive?
If this isn't the case, I recommend you to reinstall the OS using Toshiba recovery disc.
By default the BIOS settings and reinstall the OS.

After that what you do will have own OS preinstalled and no anyomore disorders.

  • Satellite X 200-driver of wireless network card not moved

From one day to the other, my network card simply stopped working. I pulled to the top of my 200-20 t X and Vista told me that he had found the Intel AGN4965 unit that had to be installed. I agreed to let Vista search for the best drivers, but after a few seconds I said that there is a problem, Vista cannot find the files needed and cancels the installation of the card. I then downloaded the latest driver for the AGN4965 of Toshibas site map, install this and restart the computer hoping that find the new driver Vista wil... But without success.

I then remove the whole device in Device Manager and then install the new drivers, but always, Vista tells me that it can't ind files needed...
Any suggestions on what to do before you do a reinstall full?

    Hello!

Try to use the drivers from Intel. Maybe they work.
You install the driver with the setup.exe program? Try to install the manual drivers with driver update.

Also make sure you have all Service Packs and fixes for Windows installed.

Last but not least check from Toshiba Web site for an update of the BIOS.

    Good bye

  • CMS OVA, adding the second NETWORK card breaks the first NETWORK card

I'm testing CMS 2.0 and when I try to add a second NETWORK card in VMware, he immediately interrupts the first network card.  As soon as the loading of the image, the first NIC fails.  Even if I disable iface b, it will allow all traffic where iface one.  If I stop the application, remove the NETWORK adapter and run it back again, it works very well to the iface one.

I want to test the public face with box feature, but I can't if I can't add a second network card.

How do you add the second network interface and interface you add?

You should add 'VMXNET3' type if you use VMWare, if you chose something else, you invalidate your license, see section 3.3 of the virtualized CMS 2.0 Setup Guide for deployments.

If you need assistance, you must move this thread to the section of telepresence of forums, where this device is actively discussed.  You can change your question and change the categories at the bottom of the page.

  • Satellite M55-S139 - no visible wireless network card

    Hello

Already my Atheros said "great connection" and in fact some programs could run on the wireless internet but no web browser wouldn't work.

Today, I bought a new router Belkin N +, and it's the same problem.

    I downloaded the drivers here

    http://www.CSD.Toshiba.com/cgi-bin/TAIS/support/JSP/modelContent.jsp?CT=DL&OS=&category=&MOID=1132275& rpn = PSM53U & modelFilter = & SelCategorie = 3 & selFamily = 10 73768663

First of all, I put it XP and Wi - Fi and got the top pilot, which did nothing.

I then really messed up and apparently forgot to put it in this way, all OS and all categories left and ran

    ACPI Flash BIOS version 1.90 for Satellite M55 (PSM53U) (v1.90; 2007-01-27; 3 M)

and now it's worse than ever. It's like I don't even have a wireless card. No way to attempt to display wireless networks. Atheros options are all gray, there is no system for a wireless connection bar...

    I'm at my wit's end.

All the tips are sincerely and greatly appreciated.

You are right. Network adapter is correctly installed, but as I can see, WLAN driver is missing.
Then please visit the U.S. Toshiba download page, and download driver WLAN for your laptop model.

I do not know what operating system are you using and I can't say with certainty which driver is the right one.

  • Satellite A100-495 - Intel 3945abg wireless network card cannot find wifi networks

    Greetings,

I have some problems with networks wireless on my laptop Satellite A100-495.

The problem is: my wireless adapter (intel / pro 3945abg) doesn't seem to find wireless networks. If I portable place very close to my router wireless (such as 1 m) - connection can be established. If I move away (~ 5 m)-no connection or 'very bad' quality and constantly broken. Other notebooks I've tried still have "very good" quality at the same range.

This happens with other routers as well. And I can not any sign of wi - fi in my Uni (my colleagues have no problem with their machines).

I tried to play up with some parameters. Reinstalled adapter. Downloaded the latest drivers. Nothing helps.

A tip? Thank you in advance.

    Hello

Something like that happened to me a long time ago.
I used the Wlan configuration option to own Windows. For several months, I use the Intel Proset configuration utility to establish the WiFi connection!
    It works!

In addition, I have disabled the power Wlan option in the Wlan card properties save and adjust the intensity of the signal at top. I remember, in the advanced properties, you can find the 802.11 option preamble. The value is Long and short on my laptop.

    Hey dude... Check it out.

  • Satellite Pro A120 - need driver for network card

I formatted my laptop and later tried to install the drivers from the Toshiba site. Network adapter is not installed correctly despite my efforts of many.
Tried the drivers but it does not work. I tried under the heading wireless drivers, but that does not work too.

    If someone could help... thanx

    Hello!

Do you mean the LAN or WLAN card?
The device is listed in the device with the yellow exclamation point Manager? And what OS are you using?

What exactly happens if you try to install the driver?

Just a question: why you n t use the Toshiba Recovery disk? There are already all the drivers installed and after that the laptop is ready for use. :)

  • Are satellite M30-801 - there new wireless network cards?

I can't connect to our network via wifi, because the sign used by the net is WPA2.

It does not resemble the current map supports the level of registration even if I updated the drivers. I would like to know if there is a patch that I can download or if I need a new card and if so what model recommend you.

    Hello

WLan encryption is hardware based and you cannot turn it on update driver.
If you want to use the newest WLan encryption, then you will need to use the WLan card that would provide support for these WLan encryption.

In your case, I recommend use on USB WLan key.
There is a better way to do mobile WPA2 compatible.

    Cheers mate

  • Satellite 2800 - need a driver for network card

    Hello

    IM with a big problem...
I formatted my satellite 2800-28005 with the recovery cd...

    Ok!

the problem: the windows does not recognize ME the driver... network and im going crazy... I searched all toshiba website... nothing...

can someone help me? I need this driver... Thanks in advance

    Hello

Usually if the unit is pre-installed with recovery CD it should work properly. Identification of laptop model number is a little vague. If you have a Satellite 2800 you should look for a driver on the download of Toshiba Europe site. At present, there are just LAN driver for W2000 available.

If you have Satellite 2805 driver for WME you can find on the site of Toshiba USA. Please check this link http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_home.jsp.

  • Satellite L500 - 19 X - no wireless network card

Laptop says can only connect to the internet with an ethernet cable (how I'm connected now). After looking at various forums online, I tried everything that is said, like install the driver LAN wireless, but nothing seems to work.

The only thing in the NICs in Device Manager is "Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller". A so therefore not wireless.

    What should I do?

    > What should I do?
Good question. I would like to know what you've done in the past.
Are you using the original pre-installed OS that you got with your laptop?
Some unknown device is listed in Device Manager?

According to specification for laptop, your laptop has WLAN RTL8191SE Realtek 802.11bgn inside card.
What happen when you try to install the latest version of the driver?

  • Satellite L755 - Windows 7 loads OK but IE9 takes 15 minutes

    I have a L755 Satellite with Windows 7, IE 9 and Office Home 2010.
When I boot windows 7 seems to load OK, the main problem is that IE9 takes an another 15mins to start after you click the icon.

During this period of 15 minutes, I can use some programs such as word in a simple way, but if I try make a backup as it freezes. After 15 minutes, everything seems to work fine with the exception of the start menu which does not save the last used progs or I would like to highlight anything despite a reset.

Any advice someone before I re - install Windows that I don't really want to do.

You should see if ie9 starts ok if no add ons are loaded. Pull the top of the window "Run" by pressing the key "Windows" + R and entering this C:\Program may Explorer\iexplore.exe [-extoff]. If it loads ok and then click the IE Tools menu select Manage Add ons and see what you can disable if IE loaded slowly then I would uninstall it.

I just searched to see if mail could be the problem and found this site that understands what I said and more [http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp]

  • Constantly having to reset wireless network card every 5 minutes

I have HP Pavilion dv6t - b 6, 00 CTO. I started to lose my wireless internet connection since I have connected to the wireless network. I'll then run the convenience store and I have to reset the wireless network adapter.  This fixes the problem... for a while.  Then it happens again.  I have to repeat this process several times a day and it makes me NUTS!

Listed in my device manager network adapters are:

    Intel (r) Centirno (R) Wireless-N 1030

    Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport adapt

Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport fit # 2

    Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

    Hello:

Have you tried to update the driver directly from Intel?

    The second driver is 64-bit.

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?AGR=Y&DwnldID=23723&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%20 * & DownloadType = software % 20Applications

A member of the forum with the 2230 with a very similar problem said that the independent 64-bit driver didn't help, but when he installed the software and driver proset, the disconnection problems went away.

It would be the last file listed on the page.

I would like to try the first independent driver well.

  • I can't install the drivers Bluetooth on the Satellite L755-16

    Hi guys

Today, I have formatted my laptop Toshiba Satellite L755-169.
I installed all the drivers, but when I want to install the Bluetooth driver it say RFBUS failed.
    What I do most

    Hello

I think that you have not installed the driver Atheros BT filter.
Satellite L755-169 is the Atheros WLan card which supports BT also supported.
You must install the Atheros BT filter before installing the BT stack!
