  So, you understand where the problem is but why didn t you have installed graphic drivers intel one another? I mean, you know where is the problem and you can correct it.

  then after a few days, I've upgraded to 8.1 Windows through the store.
  This icon beside the clock did not show the ability to turn on/off bluetooth and also through the settings (in the charm aside), change settings, PC and PC Bluetooth devices as it does not show to enable or disable Bluetooth.
  I tried to re - install the battery Bluetooth, it gave an error.

  Go to Device Manager and remove the CD/DVD drive entry (mark and press DELETE)

  Then start the registry and remove the filters above and below the following key:
