  Hi, this problem recently just started to happen, nowhere I can say. Whenever I turn on my computer or it wake up from hibernation, a message from the task bar appears saying "USB device not recognized". However, there is nothing plugged one of my USB ports. I have three USB ports available, and all are empty. I tested all three ports in something by plugging, and all three ports seem to work well. What can I do to get this message to stop appearing?   That error usually comes up when a non bootable USB device is connected. Check the Bios and make sure that the CD drive and HARD drive are loading first. That should solve your problem. If this is not the case, make sure that you don't have any USB stick or disk external HARD connected until the PC load.

  (b) in the Open box, type services.msc, and then click OK. The Services window opens.

  (c) to seek the 'Plug-and-Play services' and check if the status is started.

  (d) if the status is not started, then right-click on it and select start.

  (e) once on the way out of the window.

  (7) uninstall and reinstall the printer software.

  (8) re-enable the startup programs: -.
