• All my Applications magically disappeared - why

  For some reason, all my apps are gone. Last night I was with my computer, I installed a new program (PHPStorm) used for awhile and just before I got a notification from the system update so I clicked on the option to install and stop and went to bed.

  This morning I turned it on and I noticed that non of my icons app showed in the dock, so I restarted my computer and nothing, once again no apps, I went into the folder Applications/system and it is empty, only the messaging application and file utilities are there, after that I have restarted/rebooted several times but nothing. Interested in the thing is that I went and used the guest account and everything is there infact I created a new account and all my Applications are there and work very well.

  I know that I can start with a new account, but it is would be a pain because I lost all my data applications (Quicken, Terminal Configurations etc.) and any configuration, I have by application. I have an old time Machine up (a few months).

  No idea what I could do before I move on to a new account?

  Use Migration Wizard and restore from Time Machine and nothing, it does not solve the problem. Any idea what could went wrong?

  The appearance of a file of DITA topic, including master pages, comes from a model when the XML source file is opened. Then when the XML file is saved, the information disappears. In other words, all information of formatting in a file in FrameMaker DITA is temporary, just a convenience for the creation of WYSIWYG. If you want the master page changes to stay permanent, you need to change the common model that is used to open files. If change you it, the changes appear in every theme DITA file that you open then.

  I don't know exactly where this file remains, perhaps someone else could give advice. I would say, however, that this can be a risky business. Be sure to make backups.

  Please log out of your account and sign in using the Adobe ID you used when you migrated your CPD credits.

  The credits are not associated with the Adobe ID used to post on the forum.  There is an another Adobe ID which has 13 appropriations available, so you must connect using the correct details.

  With the help of PC + CS4.  When you create a hue/saturation mask, why isn't a layer mask appear at the same time as it does on the instruction of training in education with CS4 on mac? I looked in the Panel without success and Prefs options.  Anyone got any ideas?

  For the 4th time this year I started LR4 place to see that all my user Presets disappeared - why what is happening. All my photos are still there, but I have no user presets to develop or print and no metadata presets. I have not modified parameters.

  The only scenario where it makes sense, is if you have two computers and that you want to work alternately from one of them (with the same hard drive) and you will need to access your presets of computers.

  For the first time in a while I really look forward to the latest version of iOS, but after having upgraded, I find myself irritated by the latter.

  -Notifications

  • Is no longer, I can drag up to dismiss a notification "banner". Say I show a colleague a video and a personal message arrives, I must now open the banner to disappear or wait until it to expire. I am obliged to action the notification without the ability to make disappear - why?
  • Whatever the whether the lock screen is locked or unlocked, to open an item I must first left scanning, then select 'View' to open the item. Why not allow me to just type to select a notification to open it? Simpler, less than gestures. You could easily spend for "tap" to open a notification, by scanning left to reject.

  • Quarter of night is disabled in "Viewing and brightness" but I still have a huge button in my control center. First of all, why always seems to? I don't use the feature and have no intention of. Secondly, why is it need a touch all the width of the screen?
  • Why am I still not able to customize the control center to include access to the applications that I use. We're not drones, allow you to select the applications and utilities that interest me. I could easily disable access to DND, AirDrop, Night Shift, calculator, timer, and claw back some much screen real estate in the pane now huge control centre.

• Have lost the trashfolder to a single account, how to restore it?

  For some reason, the trashfolder for one of my accounts has disappeared with the effect that I can't delete emails from this account. How can I restore a trashfolder?

  As no one seemed to have a solution, I decided to explore further the question myself. Read and try all the solutions posted unsuccessfully I finally realized that TB has not created the file to the Recycle Bin after deletion. So I did a quick and dirtyand copied the file from the Recycle Bin, not the .msf, from another account. Glued and restart TB. And voila, it works again. Why he disappeared, why it does not recreate I'll never know. But its fixed and maybe the solution can help someone else.

• Just updated to 29.0.1 where is my calendar with all my appointments

  Don't worry this subject, just an another PET brain age of 66 years, the calendar program was in another program not Firefox, I'll just go out and get self thunk I drink his was one of these days, you know the kind of day I should slept in his bed cos it does not just pay to stand the guy.

  My approach:

  • Go to the projects and subscriptions > subscriptions.

  • Create a subscription with the unique product ID product

  • Access to the project settings > store

  • Enter in Itunes Connect Shared Secret

  • In itunes Connect - point product of free membership create and assign a product ID of AEMM

  • Assign the product to build App and submit the control application.

  I have create a unique subscription ID, so it is not bound to a single collection. What I'm missing here?

  The last step is the problem. iOS subscriptions run on a collection plan, not a level of app. After you create the product subscription, you must assign this product ID to one or several collections and not the application itself.

  I'm curious. Why do you want to set up a free subscription? Apple launches a free subscription to the time background downloads worked only in kiosk applications to newspapers and free subscriptions were the only way to get an app with free content on newsstands. Now that the background downloads are supported in applications non-kiosque to newspapers and kiosk will disappear, why want to offer you a free subscription? Maybe you want to get information about the user? Unless you have a good reason, I recommend that you avoid adding subscriptions to your application.

• Side of the problem of my class setting

  I'm having a problem affecting the size of my custom class, link. (Link extends Sprite)
  I have a Bitmap class added to my link course whenever one is instantiated, which takes the contents of a loader to display external image.
  
  I find this REALLY strange problem, but when I put the dimensions of my class of link itself:

  ... it works very well with the bitmap in there and everything.
  
  However, when I put the dimensions of the image outside the class, an instance of the class of my link, my link disappears.

  Link.Width = [number]; * pop * disappears
  
  Why is this happening?
  In my project, I am making sure that the charger within my class of link has finished loading until I set the size outside of class by using the event handler for this.

  I discovered what I was doing wrong :)

  Solution:

  Resize the Sprite with the bitmap image in it AFTER the charger has finished loading the external image and it has loaded in the bitmap.
  I had my dispatchEvent (event); code before the bitmap was loaded of the Loader class.
