Hi Daniel,.

This problem can occur because the system virus.
I suggest you to run the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if there is no virus.
Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Windows will not close, got to do 'End now' to force the narrow
I get a variety of error messages when trying to close the windows by clicking Start > shut down the computer. Usually it's ' end program 14 c 4 ' demanding my click on 'end' to force the closure. It's already happened and I managed to fix then but this time, I'm puzzled.
Hi NLWest,
1. did you of recent changes on the computer?
2 when was the last time it was working fine?
3. do you have security software installed on the computer?
Method 1
It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

Windows Firefox will not close.
Hello
I am running windows 8.1 and Firefox 38.0.1. whenever I click on the Red 'x' to close Firefox, Firefox will not close. If I want to close all tabs, Firefox does not close the last tab. If I try to merge windows (by dragging the tab of a window in a different window) Firefox will create a blank tab on the window where I dragged the dragged tab. So far, the only way to close the Fire Fox is click on the close button or to stop by the Task Manager. When I re - open Firefox Windows and previous tabs are also there, and I'm still not able to close them. I restarted my PC and reinstalled Firefox (uninstalled and re-download). However, after downloading Firefox... the same windows will be opened, with the same tabs! It's horrible!Hello cach_dies,
Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:
- Click the menu button
click Help
then select restart with disabled modules.
If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:
- On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
- On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."
If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

Web sites will not close. How can I force them? Cannot close their or firefox.
I have three tabs that will not close or allow me to close firefox.
Start Firefox in Mode safe to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).
To turn on safe mode
- You can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.
- Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "
If it works in Mode safe mode and normal mode with all extensions (Tools > Modules > Extensions) off and then try to find which extension is the cause by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.
Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit ' (Windows: Firefox/file > quit;) Mac: ' Firefox > quit Firefox. " Linux: "Firefox/file > exit ')

Just did the upgrade to the new IOS, and now everytime I open my phone or my pad, the camera is open and will not close. Reboots do not help.
Hello. Can you explain more? You open the smart cover or click on the Home button and immediately see the camera? You should see the lock with a message screen to press home to open. The lock screen is now configured with the page today (widgets) on the left and on the right camera, so you can drag to get access without having to open the iPad. If you enter the camera, by error, by clicking on home leaves you.

My notification/widgets page will not close on my IPAD 2. When I drag the page, it won't move. I can see my page weakly in the background with "slide to unlock" and the clock start, but could not get anything to move. I wanted to try to start again, but I can't stop because I can't drag any suggestions?
Hi ghartman1,
Please visit Apple support communities.
If you can't drag to unlock your iPad or turn it off, you can force it to restart:
Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
How to force reboot
You must force restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch as a last resort, and that if it does not. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
You can also learn what to do if your device isn't yet to respond or turn on.
All the best.
