• Saving a project on a flash drive problemst

  I try to save an entire project of 2 hours in MPEG format on a flash drive to a customer.  I've never had to do before.  I tried several times at different levels of resolution, but the encoding process hangs or crashes.  What is the best resolution setting to record a video where the original is 1920 x 1080?  The flash player that I use has a capacity of 128 GB, and I'm editing with Adobe Premiere elements 12 on a Windows 7 system.

  I would say that you ask for the sentence to work on the same project simultaneously on separate computers. You will be better off working in separate projects and then import sequences of one into the other.

  Or consider alternative to Adobe for collaborative editing: Adobe anywhere.

  CTRL + F function works on messages in other folders, but I really need with messages in the project folder. I have a great message from project composed of grammatical issues and I need to visit often when I do my translation work. I was able to use Ctrl + F until a few days ago, and it has now disappeared. Please bring it back!

  I have a fairly big project I developed in Labview 8.6. Our R & D department would like to review the code using their version of Labview which is 8.5. When I try to save, by using 'Save for the previous version' I get the following error:

  I can't open a project PP without this error message that appears:

  What I had been doing before that to happen was a PP project using sequences ProRes for editing and editing multicamera. Several cameras didn't work very well and after a few attempts of difficulty that I gave up and finished the work of cutting 3 layers of video instead. SOUL refused to make the finished three lasting more than 1 hr sequences so rendered video sequences PP. finals

  I tried to remove the plists for SOUL, PP and QT repair disk permissions and restarted, but there was no improvement.

  Customer is satisfied for now, but will want to return on this work to a later date so decided to uninstall and reinstall SOUL and PP in the hope that the two would be willing to work properly when needed again. SOUL works very well in conjunction with another PP project, but now I can't open the PP project in question without the above error message appears.

  After searching on the net, it seems that the problem may be caused by ProRes but I could not find a definitive solution to the problem. Does anyone know either:

  1. How do I solve this problem?

  2. If I chose the "modified by using a custom sequence parameter", can I be sure that my footage will look the same, even if they do not use ProRes? The final format of the deliverable will be mp4 so as long as the overall appearance does not change so I can afford a change in the edit codec. It's just that with three sequences of more than an hour long, I don't want working days to be ruined.

  Since getting back to this publishing project, I found that some things will be lost or change using XML:

  You will lose the position key framing, black video clips, dissolve fx, audio levels, dynamic audio fx, the possibility to open a multi camera clip and change the display of the camera.

  You keep the cut points, crop fx.

  Not perfect but only took a few hours to save 3 working days.

  I had never tried your method before, but after testing three times, I got the same results as you did. However, if I manually saved the project (press Cancel, then save the draft) in the camera application, it was recorded in the messaging application, when I went there.   What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

  You cannot import a project file (.prel) in another.

  For now, generalize choice

  a. export your Timeline (your intro) content to a file saved on the hard drive of the computer. And then import that

  file in new projects by using the new project add Media/files and folders. See publish + Share/computer/and the other

  choices here to generate this file intro for later use in other projects.

  b. you can set up what is called a dummy projects - this is a project with nothing other than the intro file. And, at all times

  you want to use the intro, you open one of these saved dummy projects and add your media sources.

  A lot of things to discuss. Please fill in some details more and then we can refine the answer for your particular situation.

  Something in the midi track you imported, change / changes the sound... Some perhaps Midi CCs?

• Windows Movie Maker won't save my edited properly film

  I am using Movie Maker on Windows XP.  I imported and edited my movie, but when I try to save the edited composeepar I just get a 6kb file that does not play.  Can anyone suggest what I do wrong or a solution please.
