Muse request serial number or "this software license"message on launch. " Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the computer.
Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your computer and you should be all set. Here are the steps for MAC and Windows.
Windows:
1. navigate to the following location. C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
2. rename the "Hosts" file to "hostsold".
3 restart Muse and sign in using your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
MAC:
1. go in the Finder > go > go to folder
2. type / etc and press return
3 Rename the "Hosts" file to "hostsold".
4 restart Muse and sign with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
If it does not please share some screenshot of the message you get.

Your problem is that the 7 D Mark II was not supported until Lightroom 5.7.
So you either have to buy Lightroom 5.7 or 6.0 Lightroom
OR
Download and use the FREE Adobe DNG Converter version 9.0 to convert your RAW to DNG format, and then import the DNG in LR 4.4

I have photoshop elements 12 and I just buy Canon 5 d with 50 MP and Photoshop cannot open the 50mp RAw file I get an error message, I can fix PES 12 so it can open the big Raw files
You need a version of Camera Raw of 9.0 or higher and Photoshop elements 12 will not manage that. You need to get the free DNG Converter, convert your DNG files, before you can open the items.

In order to get the images of Nikon D 7200, you must either install Lightroom CC 2015/Lightroom 6.
Or you can use DNG Converter 9.1.
