Muse is telling me I don't have a subscription when I clearly do... whats going on?
Muse does not say that I don't have a subscription, even if I was using it very well last week, and my bank account shows even the coming payment

Muse request serial number or "this software license"message on launch. " Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the computer.
Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your computer and you should be all set. Here are the steps for MAC and Windows.
Windows:
1. navigate to the following location. C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
2. rename the "Hosts" file to "hostsold".
3 restart Muse and sign in using your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
MAC:
1. go in the Finder > go > go to folder
2. type / etc and press return
3 Rename the "Hosts" file to "hostsold".
4 restart Muse and sign with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
If it does not please share some screenshot of the message you get.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Please try to remove the location OOBE folder:
Mac OS: ~/Library/application support/Adobe Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Adobe application Windows 7: %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Adobe Built-in in Mac OS and Windows file search can't find hidden files or folders. If you are not familiar with how to navigate the hidden files or folders on your computer, see the following resources:
Mac OS: Menu go in the Finder, choose go to folder and enter "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder. Windows XP: Click Start. Type "run" and press ENTER. Type "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Adobe application" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder. Windows 7: Click Start. Type "run" and press ENTER. Type "% localappdata%\Adobe" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder. After delting the OOBE folder, please launch Muse and provide your Adobe Id and password using which you purchased the subscription.

When I try to activate a CC application it says that I don't have a subscription
I subscribed just to creative cloud, but every time I try to activate my program using my account it says that I don't have a subscription but on my account, it clearly shows I have one and Adobe has already taken the money from my account. It is a very itchy issue and help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried all of the solutions in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications return mode test after 2015 updated CC? If they do not resolve the problem, please contact customer service to check that your payment has been credited to the account Adobe ID that you use to install applications.

Business - account I have license for Acrobat PRO 10 and I have only 1 adobe ID. When I try to open Acrobat PRO, it asks me to sign in French - I connect, then he says that I don't have a subscription. Summary: I bought 10 number of licenses for Acrobat PRO X. It seems to have installed Acrobat DC on each of the 10 PC. When I connect with my name of user and password Volume license when opening DC he says I do not have a subsriptioion. All of the 10 facilities were made redundant during the installation. I can't get past the login of creative cloud. I don't want the users to use the creative cloud. How can I let my users open Acrobat?

There is no option to change the plan of one Adobe ID on the other.
You will need to get this current plan cancelled according to the link: cancel your creative cloud membership
Then you can plan on the same subscription using the other Adobe ID.
