Scan fingerprinting - and Tecra M10 notebook computer does not properly

We got a Tecra M10 notebook and its fingerprint reader is not working properly and I tried all kinds of things to make it work but not joy.

Can I know how can I claim the warranty, and how to contact Toshiba service provider because I can't find the coordinates of the Toshiba warranty service?

Before contacting service install OS using Toshiba Recovery CD/DVDs. With digital fingerprints factory settings scan and preinstalled software should work correctly.

Otherwise, you can contact the nearest Toshiba authorized service provider and ask for help. They check the functionality. Addresses and phone numbers, you will find under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com > support & downloads > find an ASP.
