  1 HP e printer range
  2 HP Print Service plugin

  With app #1 only, the app does not see my wifi printer. Plugin added #2 helped to solve the problem.

I keep getting error messages that says that it is offline or turned off. But the green power light is on. The blue wireless light is turned on.   I have a HP HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless all-in-One Printer and try to print 75 copies of a program for our event. After the first 5-6 pages the RED in my program starts to turn magenta. I have new HP ink cartridges and print on HP Color Injet paper. I have renectly replaced the Black/Yellow Printhead (at least 6 months ago). At the beginning when I cleaned the printheads, I was able to print 2 or 3 pages showing my color RED. Then back to magenta. When I received the images of test after you have cleaned the print heads, they are all perfect, no lines.

  What happens and how can I solve this problem?

  Given that the printer seems to work for a bit and then comes back to the same question, it must be a problem with the printhead (Cyan/Magenta one) or the ink lines that go from the cartridges to print heads. First of all, I would suggest that you check the warranty date on your printhead C/M. If it is under warranty contact HP Technical Support in your area and inquire about a replacement, but if not, it's you if you want to replace the print head, printer service, or look into an upgrade.

(Step 6) & click send , click the folder , name your file, and then save the file on the computer. (Step # 7)

  Is where I'm going wrong. I can't find the Format drop-down to complete steps 8 and 9.

  1. Click the dropdown Format menu, select the content , and then check the box to Save all items in a single file .

  Please make sure that you select PDF or searchable PDF as the Format. You should then find a box to check the 'combined in one document.

  My all-in-one printer scanner Canon MX 860 lost the ability to print from the computer, now that I've upgraded to El Capitan. (I spent half a day on troubleshooting, reset and download the drivers from Canon without success.)

  I want to buy a new all-in-one printer... (not Canon, thank you). I need to be sure that there is a 'friendly' pilot El Capitan before I buy and connect my printer. Interfaces for printer drivers are configured to "detect" my printer before the printer list is revealed. I checked Apple's site, but the model numbers are not exactly the same as the units that I compare before you buy.

  I am currently in Singapore where items back isn't something they do unless it is non-functional. You have chosen it, it works, you buy it, it's yours. I need to be sure about the drivers before you have the machine.

  Please try the below mentioned steps...

  1 > open the directory C:\program imaging\bin HP and then search for the following file: hpiscnapp.exe
  2 > right click on it and then select Creat shortcut on the desktop.
  3 > now get on the desktop and double-click the shortcut for hpiscnapp.exe open a window.
  4 > click new scan to start the search.
