  If you use your BB (I'm not on this point), you can make a backup of your data first with Desktop software and then restore after completing the BB ID wipe and other things..., it would be better to wait the restoration before know of things work well, just in case where:

I am afraid that I did not understand all options regarding the synchronization of my 8310 with Vista calendar still; However, I had success sync my Blackberry with Contacts in Windows Vista, the other day.  After you load the Blackberry Desktop Software, go and click on synchronize, and then click the Configuration tab.  On this tab, click on the button "configure Synch... ».  This brings you to a screen that allows you to choose which office program you want to use to synchronize your info.  Select address book and then click on the "Settings" button... ».  Select Microsoft Outlook Express and click on "next >".  Select what kind of synchronization that you want to perform (if you want a clock 2 channels or just for the synchronization from your phone to the computer or the computer to the phone) and click on "next >", and then finish.  Go out and return to the Configuration tab, click the Sync tab and tap sync now.  Even if you have selected Microsoft Outlook Express for synchronization, to synchronize automatically with Windows Contacts for Vista.  (Or at least mine did).  I hope this helps!

Anyone know what could have happened with the rest of my contacts? I do not understand how the Blackberry protect weekly backups I had put up only ended up saving a small part of my contact list. According to the Blacberry protect the site, the last backup was August 5, 2014. My cell phone was stolen on 12 August, the backup should be updated. But it's not.   Hello there, 31 contacts most likely are from a very old backup, and all your contacts are now synchronized wirelessly with your email. Which is why you don't have them in a BlackBerry protects back upward.

• Problems of Q10 of blackBerry with device on my Q10 software reloaded

  Unfortunately the suggestion of KnottyRope has not helped.

  I solved the problem of

  • adding a new account similar to what does not work in ExchangeServer via the ManagementConsole
  • adding this new account in Outlook, the Chief Executive Officer
  • copy all contacts, emails a calendar to this new account entries
  • removal of the old Exchange mailbox (and ONLY the mailbox) of the ExchangeServer without touching the user AD
  • the configuration of the correct e-mail address for "send to" and "answer to" in the ExchangeManagementConsole, so that an e-mail, sent by "answer to", to find the right box the letters

  As a result, our CEO can use his well known-name of user and password for Windows, but sees a slightly different name account in Outlook.

  But it's something that it can withstand, until the synchronization with the BB works. And, so far at the moment, it seems to work.

  This workaround is perhaps useful to others.

  Looks like you are using a beta version of Facebook which requires a unique key to access the app.  I suggest to remove the app and reload the latest standard version of the blackberry world.
