• Anyone having problems with scroll wheel zoom since the 12.1 update?

  Zoom in or out in the composition with my scroll wheel window is suddenly a very inconsistent process. I'm used to be able to scroll or back to a simple 'tick' of my scroll wheel. Now, it seems that sometimes one must a huge burst of scroll wheel to zoom in at all, and then of course it is difficult zoom with precision. Single ticks no longer seem to have any effect.

• Wheel scroll/zoom only in one direction in some programs

  When I use a scroll wheel (external or optical mouse or laptop touchpad scroll wheel) on my laptop (with Windows Vista), but scrolls or zooms in one direction in some programs. For example, when I scroll in any direction in Google Earth or AutoCAD, it zoomed in only (should zoom out when wheel downwards). In IE, the wheel works correctly. In Word, it does not at all.   I noticed a strange behavior in Chrome with my scrolling as well. It scrolls side by side, however I move the steering wheel (4 directions). And only the page up and down if I'm on top of the sidebar. It is a problem with Chrome... not your mouse.

• "Zoom with scroll wheel" option missing PS CC 2015.1

• Scroll wheel of the mouse in the preview of After Effects window (latest version) scrolls only a window when the value in a view of two windows, regardless of where the mouse is stationary.

  I had many problems with After Effects since the latest two updates, and after a CC full uninstall/reinstall, things are running. HOWEVER, After Effects seems to have lost the ability to use the mouse wheel to zoom in on more than a preview window. I use 2 views - Horizontal mainly, and regardless of the settings, window size, or I use the mouse, After Effects will only zoom on the left of the window.   This issue (scroll wheel in a single zoom of multi-view Composition the first view panel) is a bug in after effects CC 2015 (13.6). We have a difficulty currently test for this bug and hope to come out with our next update which is tentatively scheduled for a month from now. We apologize for the disruption.

  Until the fix is available, shortcuts keyboard to zoom in (/ order and +/-) will try to zoom to the selected view.

  Is there by chance a way to change the entries and outzooming in InDesign CS6 to be with the Ctrl key instead of the Alt key? When you use the mouse to zoom scroll wheel, I mean.

  I used to press Ctrl and scroll the wheel to zoom in and zoom out, and now I'm too old to learn using Alt + key instead, that it is impossible, the tracks in my head to use Ctrl is too deep. Cannot be erased or replaced.

  Or is there maybe a way to make the wheel to zoom in and out without stroking any key?

  No possibility to change the zoom keys. Here's another way to zoom in and out.

  Use Ctrl + space, and then click the mouse to zoom in

  Use Ctrl + Alt + SPACEBAR, and then click the mouse to zoom out

  I've recently updated to AI 2015.3 and now my alt + scroll wheel doesn't work anymore.  I'm using the magic mouse apple a touch scrolling.   Reset mouse BT settings did not work.  I understand the problem, though, the button of keyboards is toast.  The other key alt/option on the right side works, should have tested that first, I spilled chocolate milk on this subject last week, thank you guys for your help.

• Logitech k400 touchpad scrolling (and scroll wheel works does not in general)

  I use Firefox Beta 19 for Android on a mini MK808 PC (but this also applies to other devices when using any kind of keyboard/mouse combo external;) I tried also with a Tablet Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition with similar results).

  My keyboard is a Logitech K400 with a touchpad. It must scroll the page when we slide down/up with two fingers. The feature does not work in Firefox; Instead, I have to hold the mouse button and drag a finger. The gesture of two-finger scrolling works with Chrome and the browser of stock on this device, this issue should be repairable. It's a little annoying because Firefox is differently from other applications.

  I have a Microsoft wireless Intellimouse explore 2.0 and have recently upgraded to windows 7 (which is awesome = P)

  What is not so impressive, however, is that scrolling doesn't work at all in some applications, mainly 2 games I've known personally (Dragon Age: Origins and Neverwinter Nights 2), although others have reported other applications that do not work properly.

  Scrolling basically to something approaching normal speed is not picked up at all these games. If I turn the scroll wheel very quickly, in those games he zooms the camera all the way / exit, as if they picked up warpspeed mousewheel scrolling. Nothing happens if I scroll at a reasonable speed. Other applications I've tried work properly with my mousewheel, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Explorer windows, Notepad, lots of others, etc.

  I have the latest version of the intellipoint software installed, I tried half of the list of the mouse in the intellipoint mouse settings to see if one of them would circumvent this problem. I tried to adjust the speed of scrolling. I tried to completely uninstall intellipoint and using the basic HID driver. I tried to install several drivers of microsoft mouse, even technically incompatible ones such as the USB intellimouse optical driver - it worked, but scrolling was fubared, although above warpspeed scrolling that's happened on the slightest movement of the scroll wheel to instead of having to do it turn very quickly - that in these problematic games if normal scrolling in applications was very good.

  I tried 2 different versions of intellipoint, 7.0.258.0, and 7.0.280.0, which were published on 08/05/2009 and 10/16/2009, respectively.

  In addition, this windows 7 install was clean, not an upgrade. My previous OS, vista 64, worked well with this mouse. My dual boot linux/Windows XP system works very well with him, even installed neverwinter nights 2 to ensure.

  The workaround solution suggested, to change device connected to a device not tiltwheel, kind of work. Unfortunately, the sensitivity of scrolling in my affected applications are extremely high, if I do this - instead of having to turn the wheel like a madman, a shake back and forth sends the device flying completely inside or outside. Whatever it is, it sucks.

  Since the mouse works well with applications other than these two games, so it might be a compatibility issue with the game.

  You can check with the Publisher of the games on this issue and see if there are any availbale patches for the game.
  You can also check the seetings mosue and keyboard of these games.
