  These edges are not straight, curved (large circles / on the globe/ellipse). Your first edge is almost 2 times the length of the 3rd. In your case, this means that the first edge is less "straight" / more curved.
  The point on the first Board at longitude 0.19640 has latitude +-51.927445, which means that your 4th point is lower, causing the edges at the intersection (at the place described by Jum'a).

  You can quickly test it by drawing your polygon on Google Earth.

  Small note to Jum'a, tolerance is (effectively) in meters. However must be no smaller than 5 cm, or 0.05.

  As a beginner to oracle space, I have a query which is a little confusing me.
  I understand that sdo_relate uses the spatial index and queries data slightly differently than sdo_geom.relate therefor.
  
  I have a database of street that is shared by postal code, for example if a street passes through 3 postal codes, I have it divided into 3 separate blocks.
  Now, I want to go back to all segments of the streets and their post_code id matching.

  QUERY 1 returns nothing while 2 QUERY returns the values and the correct set of records.
  The only thing is the time it takes for the shuttle sdo_geom.relate is not very effective.
  I tested only with a recordset of 10 000 segments streets, but the live DB will be over 5 million.
  At 10,000, it takes the request almost 30 minutes, is not ideal to say the least.
  
  Any help/advice would be welcome.

  If the same tolerance is used. Which version of DB are you using? Please
  Try 11.2.0.2 if possible.

I need your assistance on removing the anti theft protection of this phone. I don't know how this happened but i've unfortunately become the victim here because customer returned the phone to me. It is useless at the moment. I can provide you all of the necessary documents for proof of purchases about this phone. Need your assistance on solving this issue. I had to contact you as we unfortunately don't have any official blackberry office in Turkey at themoment. Please provide me any necessary steps to solve this problem. I asked the customer if he entered any bbid before, he said no, he couldn't pass the id screen and returned the device to my shop. I can not sell this new device to anyone which is a big lost for as all of my profits are gone if this is not solved.

• VISA IC returns the 0xBFFF003A error code when reading the USBTMC device

  I'm creating a USBTMC device and have some difficulty to determine why a viRead returns the 0xBFFF003A error code. Strangely enough, it reports also to read the correct byte number and the buffer contains the correct data. I use VISA IC 5.1.2 but I had the same problem with version 5.0.3. I have no problem with the device recognized by VISA IC, MAX, LabVIEW SignalExpress or LabVIEW. Using the previous version of VISA IC performing an async read would return a code completion, 0x3FFF009B (VI_SUCCESS_SYNC).

  I found the problem.  The TransferSize didn't get converted from big-endian to little endian and 0x0A was considered 0xA000000.

  Dialing a long number should not affect the Dialer in this way. I suggest you factory reset on your phone via the settings > Backup & reset > reset data. Before you do a factory reset, you might want to backup your data.
