Second VCDX requirements

I've heard that for a person with a VCDX who wants to get a second just VCDX present a design is required - no more defense.

I'm just trying to clarify - is the VCIX for the second piece ALSO not required?

For example, should someone who holds a VCDX VTC not pass VCIX-NV to get the VCDX NV?

Hello

Yes it's true that if someone is a VCDX already so they don't have to defend each other (there is a limitation for people who have passed the VCDX NV for the route of the Expressway)

In regards to another track, they will have to pass the two VCIX if they do not have a latest version (VCAP5) VCAP in this stream. If they both they choose or, if they have only one (VCAP5-DCA for eg.) while they're doing the review of design and then VCIX can present a VCDX VTC (to keep the examples) by passing the VCIX would give them the underlying Charges.

To answer your example, I have VCDX-VTC but will have to pass the VCIX-NV before you submit the VCDX NV, but do not have to defend

Created new desktop Windows 7 in a pool of related clones. Customer use of view to access the new virtual machine, I am invited again with Windows 7 login. It is not passing through the SSO for Windows login credentials.

With the help of this document (KB 1029391) I checked the following:

To solve problems when using SSO in a VMware View environment:

    1. Confirm that the installation of the Agent/Client or configuration is correct. During the installation, select log on as current user.
      1. This is defined in the Client, tried to use HTML and Client Access, same result. You are prompted with Windows login after a successful login to VMware.
    2. Check that disclaimers or banners of login are not used when using PCoIP display protocol. For more information, see Black View Client enter screen when using PCoIP (1016961).

      1. The article says that this does not apply to Windows 7 workstations.

      1. Have spent hours looking into policies using the resulting strategy game. MSC, impossible to find something that would seem to be linked to the process of connection.
    6. Ensure that the Interactive logon: require no policy GPO of CTRL + ALT + DEL is disabled. For more information, see Single Sign-on does not work in the VMware View desktops (1026797).
      1. It is also checked and properly adjusted.

I also checked the setting mentioned in KB 1019466:

On Windows Vista, if you install the PCoIP server component, the Group Policy window disable or enable software Secure Attention sequence is enabled and set to the Services and ease of access applications. If you change this setting, single sign - on does not work properly.  Ensure that the Group Policy window disable or enable software Secure Attention sequence is enabled and set to the Services and ease of access applications. It is also defined as stipulated here.

Anyone have any ideas? I have spent an embarrassing amount of time on this and have no close to get the SINGLE sign-on to work. I must be missing something - but what?

Thanks for the suggestions folks. After a repair, I started to remove components from the equation and found the problem to be Imprivata, we use for our SSO here. Apparently the version I was trying to use was having problems with Windows 7, because we installed a newer version (after update our device) and voila! the OSP has worked perfectly. I don't know why I thought that earlier, I hope that this thread will save someone some time.

  • ThinkPad 10: Someone else has problems with start-up after a stop?

I noticed repeatedly that after I closed my tablet, and then click the power button again (briefly, for 3 seconds, 5 seconds for 10 seconds and required for even longer), the Tablet starts. If I come back 5-10 minutes later, and then press the power button, then it powers on the property.

    Everyone ran through this?

OK, so it IS an error checking, which is simply not the same as before. The updated wireless NETWORK card drivers seem to have resolved this particular issue where 9f error checking as a result of one of the broadcom drivers. I crossed the dump and debugged it...

In this case, it's always a 9f error checking, but it's the driver for power management native in Windows (acpi.sys) which was originally the error checking this time around.

The fix was to install the Lenovo power management driver. After the verification of error no longer occurs, but Lenovo power management driver offers other errors of startup time. Without going into a long list, it causes delays in reconnection bluetooth keyboards after startup, as well as the player delays the NFC from start (which will be the litter to the event log).

  • How to adjust a size of "control array".

I have a program that creates a Digital PWM with duty ratio variable. Changes in cycle duty every 50 ms, but the frequency of global wave remains at a frequency determined by the user. I have attatched to VI.

My problem is the following... I need to be able to control the overall cycle time. This means that the size of my table to cycles it will have to adjust depending on the time of the cycle (either a duration of 1 second would require 20 slots of 50 ms, while a second 1.3 cycle would need 26).

I currently have only 4 slots in my table, which means the total s est.2. I understand how to manually add and remove items in the table, but I can't understand how to add a control to it so that the size of the table changes automatically, allowing much more rapid data entry. Right now I can make it work, it takes just super long to add or remove items from the table. The perfect situaton would have a constant control for cycle divided by 50 times, that would change the size of the array.

I can't find any info on this, and I think I've even seen a message asking to add this kind of functionality. I am relatively new to this program.

    Thank you

You can do this in two ways.  You can have a constant matrix with the maximum number of ellements you need and then use the subset of table to select the part you want.  The second option is to use the array to initialize and connect the entrance to size of the array to your control.

What is Windows Home Premium 64-bit?

Have you tried to use the HP Support Assistant's to find the driver?

In Device Manager, right-click on the device Bluetooth (Personal Area Network) and select Properties. In the Properties window that opens, select the Details tab as in the picture and select hardware ID. Please any information resulting post here.  You will notice that I proposed two ways to locate the driver. Support assistant might be the fastest method at your disposal. The second method requires a little research on my part.

  • DeskJet 4160 does not turn off.

I saw the post with the same problem on an another DeskJet, but the solution was a replacement - my 4160 is out of warranty. I had the same indicators - the flashing of the button "we / off" and the "Summary" button flashing - but turn off the computer did not work for me. I unplugged the printer with the computer off and was still out of action. BTW, I also had an indication "disconnected" on the page of the HP Solutions.

I downloaded a fix has been described as "disconnected" problem and could make the printer work (used diagnosis HP download). But I can't even turn the printer off.

My hypothesis is that there is a fault in the wiring of the button or the internal logic chip that does not send the signal to the circuits 'power '. My 4160 is about 4 years old, but is a very good printer and I would like it to work.

I can work this way, the use of the power to the inactive printer won't break me - but I wonder if anyone has seen this problem.

    Best, Jon

    Thanks Shlomil.

I see by your post I'm unclear in my question (and looking at my message that I wasn't really clear). Despite this, my problem is now solved.

I had already healed the problem "flashing lights" and got the printer from the device by unplugging the power for 20 seconds, but the problem rest not being able to turn off the printer was the source of my question. I didn't have to unplug the USB, as it seems irrelevant to the 'shut down '. BTW, I had also deleted messages waiting in lines to print on two accounts on my machine at home. It seems that disconnection of power took care of the queue, because I first tried this deletion with no result.

I followed your suggestions and removed the USB first, then the power. I left it a full minute, then reconnected power and tested the switch panel "power" - it worked. I then reconnected the USB and re-tested, it worked.

Can I ask the forgiveness of any future readers of this thread, as well as yourself, for details - but I don't see the logic of the complete disconnect regarding the "power switch". Maybe it was because I gave her more time, maybe it was the 'double disconnect. " There seems to be no reason for that the simple "off / on" switch would care about the USB connection, but who knows what "evil lies at the heart of a computer".

In the introduction, I am experienced enough - although less so now these modern devices. My contacts with the computers date back to the programming of the machines IBM from 1961 and was still Assembly programming communication protocols in the 1980s. I encountered difficulties with the modern machine that is separated from the user by higher layers of level languages and operating systems developed by the committees.

I'll make a suggestion to any future readers of this thread, always unplug the key USB (or another data link) first - then put the plug. Reverse the sequence in the re - plug, power first, and then data - and test the feature before plugging the data binding. Also go and pour coffee or get a beer, before reconnecting the power. The 10-20 seconds normally required to take down the logic circuits may not be enough. (Summer, done this hundreds of times when I was in the company).

Finally, I'll mark this Accepted and click on congratulations (BTW, glad that's not kudo, the Greek word is not plural, something wrong understood by many sports commentators that "offer a kudo" to a player - that's the word for praise). But if someone think of a reason why it worked - that is, not the flashing lights, but the 'stuck' power button - I'd love to hear it.

    Best, Jon

  • Garland of two WRT54G

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible for me to use two WRT54G routers online implemented a.

The first WRT54G is currently on the first floor connected to the cable modem and which is now used for my network wireless home... and with that, I want to stay in operation as such.

I have a second WRT54G I want to put on the second floor (connected to the first with a single ethernet 100 ' cable) to be used as a "switch" that I have an electrician two PC games of. I don't really have concerns about the second unit providing any sort of wireless network support. as the first unit can reach every appliance in my house with full signal.

I was told that it is quite possible to do so. But I have just no idea how to go about implementing. It is as easy as just wiring it all and tension to the top? Or the second router requires a few changes to make it work properly?

  • Foglight APM - JMX monitoring

    Hello

I'm new to Foglight for Java application, monitoring, please bear with me in case I have posted this requirement in the wrong forum and tell me please right forum.

I have obligation to use the JMX Foglight cartridge, aggregate the MBean attributes in different objects MBean and return the details in tabular mode. Can you please suggest how can I do this... ?

    Thank you

    Sunder

It probably depends on the data itself.

The JMX agent is the mechanism for this information.

With Foglight, there are different ways to build custom dashboards to display data.

-The easiest way is to drag and drop dashboards, you can drag node that contains items beneath him and choose to create a table

Then choose what you want to display

You can also drag and drop metric and view as a table or list

-The second way requires more knowledge of the Foglight Web Part infrastructure, in some cases people take courses to get that knowledge, in some cases, they get professional services Dell to help with it and in some cases they follow this tutorial and then join the courage of things.

No, you cannot use the Windows 7 product key twice.  A second installation requires a second Windows 7 product key that you can purchase on the Microsoft Store.  Make sure what you do a purchase for the same version and edition of Windows 7 you have installed. Carey Frisch

  • Add SSD to the Studio XPS 8100 with 2 HARD drive

    Hello

I have a request similar to this one in this thread: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/disk-drives/f/3534/p/19499585/20334228.aspx#20334228 but I went a little lower on the line, need some advice and help on the Intel Rapid Storage Technology controller.

I have a Dell Studio XPS 8100 with discs of Segate to 2 x 1 TB which have stripes.

    Configuration is SATA 1 + 2 = hard disks scratched; 3 = BluRay ROM/DVD RW SATA; SATA 4 = not used.

    I bought a Samsung SSD 840 series.

What I want to do is add the new SSD controller and install Windows 8 without messing/breaking the existing 2 x HDD Striped Array.

First, I installed the SSD SATA 4 and started Windows 8 to DVD but Windows 8 says it could not install on this disk because it is not bootable (SSD is not formatted/not partitioned right now but I guess that Windows 8 installation will do for me.

    If the questions are:

    (1) if I go the SSD SATA 1, could I (physically) move the existing striped 2 HDD SATA 2 and 3 and set this configuration in technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology controller without losing the striped table?  I don't want to find that the controller will set up a table of fees which then requires a fresh format in order to to use.

    (2) is there a documentation of this controller I could read on what concerns the reconfiguration/options and their effect?

    Thank you
    Chris

I am pleased to learn that you have to work.  Sometimes I forget that the newer Dell BIOS will allow allows you to select a SATA port for the start.  My XPS 410, being an older machine, allows me only to the ability to choose 'SATA hard drive' as boot device.  Because it does not give me the option to choose a specific port, the bootable SATA drive must be attached to the first port.

Once a RAID has been configured, the parametric data written to readers allow the RAID ROM figure out how the RAID has been configured.  I've been through all this on a Studio XPS 435 t/9000; We had a problem after adding a new video card in the system that caused startup failure, error message "one or more of your drives are locked".  We have solved by moving readers from the ports of third and fourth (or Dell originally installed them) to the ports of first and second.  Requirement to keep records in the same relative order of port, you can of course make this transition and maintain the operational computer.

I wish that your installation does not end with an arrangement of dualboot on its own; Maybe Windows 8 works differently from Windows 7.  The XPS 410, I'm currently using is a RAID 0 which has been initially configured with Windows XP.  When I decided to try Windows 7, I has narrowed the original partition and run the Windows 7 Installer to install in the unallocated space resulting.  The installation went normally and I found myself with a system dual boot without ever having had the opportunity to indicate that I wanted a system dual boot.  Since it was my goal, I'm not complaining, but I see that it might be inconvenient for some people who had the intention like that.  Before installation, you accidentally set your SSD on port 4 to be the first in the boot order?

  • Dead with ISE server access

    Hello
I´d would like to know how to give access to users when ISE is dead.
I m requesting because I m using pre authentication ACL, so even with the order of authentication server dead action events allow vlan XX access will be limited, will it not?

My pre authentication ACLs allow access only to ISE, DNS and DHCP requests.

    Kind regards.

    André-

I'm afraid that you don't have a lot of options here. I have encountered this problem before during my deployments. The problem is that the ISE is necessary in order to signal the switch to remove the pre authorization ACL using a DACL. However, since ISE is not available, the switch can allow endpoints to a VLAN, but not you need another method to remove the ACL of pre approval. In the past, I've accomplished this via one of the following:

1 script EEM that reconfigures the switch and sets the pre authorize "license ip any any" ACL (or remove the ACL of pre approval all together) when / if the ISE servers become unavailable. I thought that this required functionality of the IP Services, but by looking at the following doc looks like you could do with IP Base too. I guess you can give it a try and see what happens :)

    http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/iOS-NX-OS-software/IOS-software-releases-12-2-special-early-deployments/product_bulletin_c25-614546.html

    example of script EEM:

    http://www.alcatron.NET/Cisco%20Live%202013%20Melbourne/Cisco%20Live%20Content/security/BRKSEC-3040%20%20Advanced%20ISE%20and%20Secure%20Access%20Deployment.PDF

    2. the second method requires a switch to converged access (3850, 3650). These switches can be configured with the profiles where the pre authorization ACL can be replaced by an ACL critical interruption of the ISE.

    I hope this helps!

  • Genuine Windows 7 on MacBook Pro running in the partition, BootCamp with VMware Fusion 3.1

I'm having a problem with Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.

I installed Windows 7 on my Bootcamp partition and until recently he worked well as well when I ran into VMWare Fusion.

When I boot on my Windows 7 on Bootcamp partition, everything is OK.  But then when I run it in VMWare Fusion it says that my copy is not genuine.

I just went through the automated phone system and entered the codes, and so now while I'm running Fusion Windows is genuine.

I fear, however, that when I return to the execution of the partition, Bootcamp, Windows will say that is not true, once again.

Only, I have a copy of Windows 7 and can only run from the VMWare Fusion or Bootcamp partition at any time.

How can I fix it if Windows is more said that it is not authentic, when I switch from a training camp and VMWare Fusion?

I need to be able to run Windows while I'm on the side of Mac at the same time

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you used the same Windows Installer Bootcamp, VMWare Fusion product key, there is the question.  You can only install and activate a 1 license of Windows 7.  The second installation requires own license that you can buy on the Microsoft Store. Carey Frisch

How I get by branch closing balance. is it posible to use 2 analysis?

Any idea or the best suggestions guys.really enjoy. Thank you very much.

    Hello anonymous user,.

First of all, if you "expect the best idea' - which is a bit presumptuous, but we will write this off under the"language barrier"- then at least have the decency to choose a proper name or a handle for this forum.

Second, this requirement, you would use a measure based on the level of the RPD which aggregates to the 'branch' level of your hierarchy, or you can use the AGGREGATE AT function in the responses.

How can I import an entire Web site in dreamweaver using an IMAC?

It doesn't matter which computer you use, as long as it meets the requirements of the specification for Dreamweaver (as almost certainly does an iMac).

You define a site in Dreamweaver and set up the connection information for the remote server. You can then connect to the remote server and download the pages of the site and other assets, such as images. The following video shows how to define a local site define a site in Dreamweaver. Adobe Dreamweaver tutorials CC. There is a separate video on the remote server configuration: put in place the server connection information. Adobe Dreamweaver tutorials CC. The second video requires that you have created the site locally, but the details on setting up the connection information for the remote server are the same.
