see what processes have been made on a project

Is it possible to see easily what process/settings I used on a project? I have to add a new record and I want to be sure, I do all the same things.

If you are talking about the multitrack session projects then you may be able to open the old session and replace audio files and use some of the settings that have been saved in the session. But it does not tell you everything and what order you have made. If this was done in the waveform display, while it is destructive and only the settings that you have saved as Favorites or as new Presets in the effects are reproducible.
