  Depending on your system of phone if you have the option of setting up a dial plan by using a prefix, then the extension user to send the call directly to the virtual machine for the routing of calls.

  Example the UC500 series used the prefix 6 then the extension of the user to/transfer to call directly to computer users virtual.

  I'm having a problem on my passport with the phone. When I get a call from a number that is not stored in my contacts list, the call goes straight to voicemail.  If the caller leaves a message, I get the call indicator missed with the new VoiceMail indicator.   I got a warning on my computer today saying that my computer was threatened by a virus. The warning gave a phone number I should call and give me instructions on how to remove the virus. I'm afraid that this warning is actually a scam if I don't want to call the provided number unless I can verify that it is legitimate.   I was under the impression that if I was listening to my media player on my Blackberry 8120 with a listener that accompanies it, I'd be interrupted if someone called. I tested this the other day and my call went straight to voicemail. Is there a setting that will change that? I checked everywhere I knew to check on the phone and could not get what it is.

  For the second question, the device flashes red if there is an unread message or notification; is green when there is an active network connection; and blue is then a bluetooth device is connected.
