  Today, I went from 12 elements of Photoshop and first elements 12 tries at versions purchased in a box that came with two installation disks. One of the drives was of 12 items of Photoshop and elements 12 Windows first and the other of these versions on Mac.

  On the desktop Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit, I was struck with the wrong serial number for Photoshop elements 12 installation I did first. Tried 4 x, double and triple checking for you sure this wasn't 'user error '. It was not the case. The 5th test, purchased serial number was accepted and the installation went to a success.

  Tonight a friend alerted me to similar reports occurs for many users of Photoshop Elements Mac 12. See the link at the top of my post.

  At no time see this problem with the installation of first elements 12 from the same disc with respect to the installation of 12 Photoshop elements.

  Subsequently, I installed these programs with the same installation disc on my laptop 8 64-bit Windows, I have no problems with the installation.

  For now, I don't know if this incorrect serial number is elusive to 12 items in Photoshop or not.

  If someone experiences this problem with Premiere Elements, please let us know.

  I wouldn't say that it is a general scenario but yes, it would be the first check/solution to win at least.

  For Mac, if all goes well to avoid all the problems more because the fix has already been taken to our end.

• Serial number recovery problem

  I just purchased Lightroom 5 student edition of Best Buy. When I installed it, I followed the instructions in the instructions to the letter. When I get to the talk page, I enter the code (not the serial number, but a code that promises to get the serial number) that was sent to me by adobe and the only thing that happens is it said "you are all together" and tells me that I can download bright room or return at any time to get my number. Big problem... are there any serial number. It gives me nothing. No download link, (even though I didn't need it since I have the CD), no serial number, no window pop up with the serial number, nothing. I am very frustrated and that you clicked on the option to use the trial version for 30 days, since I can't use any other way. All the research I did to know what I'm missing nothing comes. I looked at a few threads here and I see is guidance to the link on how to redeem the serial number I've done a hundred times already. I lost hours with this and so far have not enjoyed my first experience with the purchase of adobe. Is there someone here who can clue me in what I am doing wrong?

  What is the best way to collect the serialnumber USE later in the test sequence (our USE the stored serialnumber, and we want to gather through a DLL call later in the sequence) and pass the input serialnumber dialogue USE?

  Database and report should be in agreement with the serial number that is read from the device from the sequence.

  Why don't you just replace the PreUUT callback and put your own dialogue in there?  Why the serial number collection should happen later? If it's a matter of having to WEAR it then, you can substitute the reminder of the installation process and enable the object to measure.  Or could even put on in the reminders of the PreUUT or PreUUT loop.

  What people do is override the recall of PreUUT and to put their own VI/DLL calls generally are make barcode scanner or other entry of serial numbers.

  You need to be aware of the indicator to continue.  That's what interrupts execution.

• 16-digit serial number?

  Hey guys, I am looking for my 'series of 16 digit number' my WiFi Xoom. Currently, I don't have it with me, but will be tomorrow afternoon. I though the WiFi Mac address and the protector of cover back when I bought the Xoom that has three barcode on it and a few sets of numbers. I need to get this fast number, but I don't know which is the real 'serial number '. Served from Motorola and repair space requires the Mac address, serial number, only problem I thought, this is 12 digits, not 16. I also the box here also, with bar codes and the numbers on the side as well.

  Is there anywhere not on the Xoom, which has the series 16-digit number? Or am I to combine some of the channels of this numbers 16-digit number? I have my doubts, but I thought I'd ask.

  The installation went without problems

  Recovery of my series of Adobe has been frank.

  Amnesty International, PS and ID agreed the serial number without problem.

  Acrobat Pro says that serial number is invalid.

  I spent two hours on the cat and in the end he said that the relief phase was not available for CS4, but was only available via online forums.

  So I initially posted the Acrobat Forum 3 days ago, and while my post has dozens of viewers it has none.

  How do I get this resolved?

  I finally (after 5 attempts) through the swamp on the other side.

  Here's what I did...

  1 uninstalled all of the CS4 program.

  2. manually deleted the folder under Program Files Adobe

  3. Ran the CleanCS4 program, who told me that I had to run microsoft windows install clean up utility

  4. has opened a new Director on my office profile

  5 install CS4 here

  6 open photoshop

  7 open acrobat.

  (I think that's everything now works).

  Finally, where do you have the PS - CC version you have installed?  If it wasn't in the either a button in the application of CC-Manager or an icon on the creative.adobe.com pages, then it may be the wrong version, and the fix would be to uninstall what you have and download and install the version CC-Manager/creation, and it might be useful to do, anyway, even if you don't think that you have installed the correct version in case something does not quite work in the first installation.  I don't know if your European location would cause the wrong version to download.

• Cannot open my Adobe suite cS6 Master Collection. Adobe Application Manager keeps asking for the serial number.

  I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set. I've never updated all Adobe based products, I was still able to use this a week before that my mac is running IOS X.

  My panic, I advanced and uninstalled all Adobe products based on my mac to start cleaning, but now that I install their back to get to the entry number series its telling me the error message even to provide the correct serial number. Can someone tell me what I else I could do, it's very discouraging to say the least.

  As far as I know, it will not work with a Master Collection serial number... it need to install everything and enter the serial number once for all programs

  In the end, you go in CS6 Update Manager and will find the option to tell him to NEVER check the updates and do updates once

  I have problems with my Master Collection CS5. Here is what happened:

  (1) I bought a custom PC, which included with CS5 MC inside. Version original, always went online, programs updated automatically without any problem and have used it for the last 5 years.

  (2) I recently moved to another country because of work. As it was not possible to bring my whole PC with me, I just brought my old hard drive with my OS & all my other programs / working documents / important stuff etc.

  3) got another PC built, but without the HARD drive. Connected my old HDD because I want to use it in my new PC because of all the programs and documents, etc. No major problems (redeemed Windows).

  (4) tried open Photoshop today and the message came saying "invalid serial number" & below that "this serial number appears to be invalid", which it isn't, then why is this message? Also, tried to go to the site 'save a plu product' but again failed.

  I would really appreciate help in what I really need to use it for my freelance work. Thank you.
