  Unfortunately, there is not a firmware update to enable your printer for AirPrint. You could try the HP ePrint App for the iPad/iPhone.

  A delivery of ink failure on HP Photosmart C7200 series a. Reset and still having the issue. Sometimes after a reboot, we print a little before the error occurs again.

  It seems that the ink inside the printer system is developing an electrical problem.  Have you tried to clean the contacts on the ink cartridges and the printhead of the printer?

  I saw your post on no longer have options to print you used to have before your Mac OS X 10.9.3. I would like to know what the C7200 model you have and I will check the drivers for you to see if all the features are available for the Mavericks. Sometimes, the complete software options will be not available with some models and versions of OS X.

  A series of HP photosmart 7525.  Replace all of the cartridges, the leaf print cartridge lined up and the colors appear fine but can only print in color.  I tried black and nothing prints.

  You need to contact HP / we have no idea how their hardware or software works

  Document of the print jobs to the printer is no longer printing. Printer error message is "the printer is offline." "Printer offline".

  Printer will print Self Test Diagnostic Page, school notebook paper, etc., and seems to work very well. It just seems that the command with the printing of Mac detects that the printer is offline.

  In the printing preferences: -.

  1 Advanced color settings set to '0 '.

  2. choice of color - print in grayscale - 'unchecked '.

  3. within the framework of advanced document - print all text in black: (disabled)

  These measures appear to be in place. Have you, you click on apply after you have changed these settings.

  You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers. This will reset all back.

  If you're not in the United States, and then connect to www.hp.com , bottom left it is an icon of the world map, click it and then select the region that you belong to, which would then provide the support options for you for this region.

  My sudden printer Photosmart 7510 series went offline.  Now it has just worked well for a year with Windows 8 and 8.1.  Today, it is now said that it is in offline mode.  Anyway the systems indicate that it should work.  The power is on, the wireless works, the printer has the address of network/ip correct... everything is OK.  HOW DOES ONE GET the PRINTER TO GO ONLINE again?  Nothing has happened between yesterday and today... without sudden loss of power, etc.  Thank you.

  I see you have some problems with the all-in-one Photosmart C5100 printer do not print in the right place on the page. I can help with that.

  First of all, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet , not a surge protector. It is this document explains How to solve problems of choice with the printer. This document describes a slightly different issue from what you describe, but it provides the same troubleshooting steps.

  How do I fax from the computer now? When I add my 7200 series, I don't have a fax printer came. I then tried to add the printer a second time by using the option 'select software' and choosing the fax of the 7200 series from the list that appears, but when I try and fax, it is sent to the printer as one print job and jibberish fate and several pages of paper waste. I really wish the ability to fax from the computer was still available!

  I just wanted to update that reinstall the driver from the link you provided seems to have solved the problem. Then when I went to add a printer, the regular and fax printers arose immediately without having to go, and then select the specific driver (who had not worked before) me. I have been with success sent 2 faxes.

  I would disable the two of them. Everything that is related to HP.

  Then restart it to see if the error appears again.

  If you are still questions then I'd another uninstall and reinstall. Sorry, I know that you have already done this a few times, but with these additional steps should solve the problem.

  Please follow the steps listed below:

  Uninstalling the printer software.

  Ignore the name of the model.

  Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%.

  Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted.

  Run all Windows updates.

  I would register in the register of installation of the window.
  Go to start, select Run type in msiexec / unregister then click OK, and then type msiexec/regserver, then click OK.
  (Make sure that you type it in exactly, there is a space between the two)

• Series of HP Photosmart premium C310 - suddenly stopped working

  -Are a week or so, I printed a few pages of Microsoft Word 2010 without a hitch.

  -Ten minutes later, I tried to print another Word document. At this point, the printer would not print because of apparent paper Jam.

  -, Without a doubt, there was no Paper Jam. I opened all ports the printer is positive, that there is no paper jam. The printer was then restored to its original condition, with all that goes back to his place (I'm positive of it). Whenever I tried to print a document, the LCD screen on the printer came back to the top with the same message "paper jam".

  -I was not able to print anything since then.

  -The ink levels are adequate / full.

  -The only thing I can think of that would have caused the malfunction is, when you print the document last, I did the margins of all sides as small as possible (1.3)

  -I am running windows 7 Home Premium on my desk and windows 7 Ultimate on my laptop, which has sharing network to share everything, including the printer. As with the main office, I am also unable to print from my laptop - which has worked without any problems.

  -It may help to note that the printer is connected wireless to my main desktop computer. The LCD display on the printer indicates that everything is working properly (wireless is activated, etc.). In addition, the LCD screen on the printer works fine, as it always has. The only problem is I can't make copies, print a test page or print anything at all.

  -Currently, the status of the printer shows: need troubleshooting/printer: error. It also tells 'Unavailable'.

  drivers provided. Check with HP support, their documentation online and
  drivers and ask in their forums.

  You may need to update or reinstall the latest driver.

  There is a driver available for my network printer? My network has 2 computers Windows and a Mac. Windows computers are connected with the Photosmart printer, but the printer is not found by the Mac. I guess I need a driver for the Mac, but I have not found a driver for Mac OS x Lion.

  reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax or printing & scanning

  -Press on & hold click (the key on the keyboard) in the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.

  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!

  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.
