Nothing in the Windows or Program Files and files their subfolders should be left alone. You won't earn a significant amount of disk space, and you may cause to yourself untold trouble sleeping herein. Use instead the provided Windows Disk Cleanup. We use PXI systems with Controllers NI PXI running Windows 7 and the 7340 family cards (PXI-7344).
