  The popup of the Service battery indicates that your battery needs replacement. You can always use the battery being, however it will not last as long as expected by Apple. You will need to make an appointment-genius bar and take the MacBook Air to your store local Apple to get the battery replaced if you do not want to do, but unless the MacBook is still under warranty, it will cost $129 + tax, as shown below.   There is probably something wrong with it, otherwise the system would not report it. Two hours is remarkably short for a good work of this model battery. And besides: battery fault may start to swell and cause serious damage to your Macbook. I don't think not twice before replacing a battery of 5 years.

  It is normal for the batteries decrease their performance after a while of use. But this is definitely not normal watering duration decreases of 3 hours 30 minutes in one year. So I think that if you still have warranty, you will get a new Toshiba service battery.

  I'm going to assume that your iPhone 4 no is not in warranty, otherwise you'd be on the Apple Store, right?  I also assume that you are not interested to pay the service battery $ 79 or $ 199 iPhone 4 warranty exchange for a device that is worth less than $100 (U.S. prices)

  So so let's solve the problems.
  When was the last time it works well?
