  Yes, I chose the convenient encryption settings. In fact, I tried both, just to be sure, but thank you. You're in the right area and I found a way, but I'm not sure it's the best way, so if someone knows a better way please let me know. In Thunderbird, click Tools, click on account settings, click Open PGP security , then uncheck the " encrypt messages by default" clear sign messages by default and then restart Thunderbird. I don't know if it's the best and fastest way, but it does not send the message unencrypted until someone tells us an easier way. I think the key is that you do all of this through the tools of Thunderbird tab and there is no need to touch the settings in Enigmail or gpg4win. Thank you.

• Newbie? for adding memory and pc Migration

  Hi I just converted to mac to be a pc user so please bare with me as I have two? ;-D

  I just bought a used imac late 2009 model I've just updated to the new OSX El Cap and what I understand 4 mb is the bare min to run it.

  It has 4 MB (2 x 2) of ram loaded with 2 open housing. Can I add two sticks of 4 MB for a total of 12 MB of ram, or the configuration of two sticks of mixed with sticks of 2 MB 4 MB will have a negative effect?

  I also used the migration assistant to transfer my files from pc and it created an additional user account and no won't play this game lol

  Can I delete this user and the associated files and start again, somehow to add everything to a single user?

  As far as I know this feature is controlled by Backlight.exe and you can find it in
  Program Files\Toshiba\TBS\Backlight.exe

  It is usually part of the VAP (value added package) to reinstall this package should help you get it working again.

  You can also assign this file exe button again with the Support of TOSHIBA Button tool

• Satellite L20 - wireless internet problem

  First of all, I must say that I am old so asks if any notice given is done in the simplest terms of 69!

  I have a PC running Windows XP pro using the Livebox (orange) with Wi - Fi router. I want to use my laptop Satellite L20 s wife to connect to the internet using the wireless on this router. I find it almost impossible to implement.

  I tried the Windows Wizard and also the L20 set up Assistant. I can find the right connection and add the WEP number, nothing happens, the L20 doesn t connect. What I have to install the software from the Livebox to make this work? Because I tried as well!
  I also have a problem with the battery not holding a charge.

  Any help would be most appreciated.

  If you have a search option use time on this forum and the search for similar threads on the Livebox. It seems that many users have similar problems as you. The Livebox is not known to me and perhaps you should contact the Internet service provider and ask for help.

  If the WLAN on Satellite L20 works (no material default) provides the Internet should be able to help you correctly configure the WLAN.

  You can't connect two Linksys wireless router, they will communicate only when it is connected with all ethernet cables...

• Acrobat Connect Pro meeting voice distortion

  Hi all

  I use Adobe connect to an online meeting with the members of my team. We tested it on multiple platforms and the incoming and outgoing voice quality was superb.

  The last few weeks, I use it on my laptop for the meeting and the members of the team are complaining that my voice like Darth Vader (it seems that the ghostly voice). I checked this issue through the Audio set up Assistant and I hear the same voice.

  In the first analysis, I assumed that it was the network problem due to which there is distortion in my voice. But after the upgrade the network problem problem persists.

  I use a laptop Lenovo Z50 with Windows 10. The votes of the members of my team is clear and sharp. We tested on Android device, iPhone 5 and 6, Mac Book, Windows 7 and Windows 10. It works very well for all, but only cause problem on my side.

  The built-in microphone, external microphone works very well with Google, Skype and other IM.

  I also checked the old posts from 2012 where people complained the same, but these solutions do not work here. Please help me solve this problem.

  I spent ten hours trying to help my wife with her laptop in this regard.  Same problem as everyone else.  Same speech, same product Lenovo, even Windows 10 has slowed.

  The ONLY thing that finally worked is to disable the checkbox "use Enhanced Audio.

  I'll give you the instructions that I made for my wife DeVry College conference call:

  1. click on the 'Connect' icon normally.  Or whatever you do to Connect Adobe plug-in.

  2. once the plug-in loaded and the meeting of the dialog box is available, go to the "Encounter" dropdown and select Preferences.

  3. from preferences, navigate to "Microphone" and click it.  The middle pane then displays a variety of preferences, the first of which is "Use Enhanced" Audio.  (From my experience, it is almost always enabled by default).

  4 uncheck "Use Enhanced Audio" and narrow preferences.

  5. be willing to start each new encounter.
